They ran to the store to pick up the part needed, returned and installed it. When the replacement part had an issue the next day, they were there shortly to change it out and make sure the new one worked properly.

He was fast to respond, we made an appointment for him to fix it the next day. He arrived promptly on time in the morning, did an excellent job repairing my water heater, very happy with the results, and I would highly recommend him to all.

Service was good. However, I paid in excess of $700 for a job that should have cost no more than $250 to $300 when visiting with other plumbers after the fact. Would NEVER use this contractor again and would NEVER recommend to a friend.
