The salesperson was a little hard to nail down (return phone calls) and I had to call to find out when they were going to be installed. The salesperson said he forgot to call me regarding installation? He remembered to call me regarding payment for service since I was out of town when they were installed. I would want to deal with a different salesperson in the future but the work appears to be good.

I would recommend this pro to friends with some caveats. First would be communication. One was not the pros fault, the email account had an issue and at one point stopped accepting emails from any sources. Once the pro became aware of the problem it was corrected, but it was a little frustrating. The pro also wasn't the best at returning calls and keeping me updated. His crew also had a language barrier. I think this can be problematic if there are things that need to be changed or altered. Otherwise, the work was outstanding and the value was great: cheaper than if I had done it myself!

They were great.When problems came up they took care of them.You could tell they care about you and your home.

Hard to get in touch with, had to leave messages most of the time. Seemed to do a lot of e-mailing. The crew that came out didn't do exactly what was on the estimate. EX: said he would replace 16 ft. of gutter to the nearest downspout (and I pd. for 16 ft. of it) but the crew only replaced up to where the old gutter had broken off therefore the splice is very noticeable. Discussed this with the owner of company but the job was already completed by then.

They would have gotten 5 stars, but they were a little late in showing up in the afternoon with no phone call. The work is professional and exceeds my expectations.

Excellent. First time in awhile that someone I had contracted to do some work around my home who actually showed up on time (Or at all) and performed the work as expected. They did a great job. I will definitely use L P Windows again if I have a job that is in their area of expertise.

This is the first contractor I have hired in the last two years who was here when he said he would be here. He did excellent work cleanliness, quality everything is just perfect. I couldn't have asked for a friendlier more courteous person to work with. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

Dell and his team followed through with all promised services in a timely manner. I was impressed with his recommendations and knowledge. Rather than just trying to sell me a product he took the time to explain which windows would work best for my needs and why. I had contacted other providers who either weren't well enough informed about the windows that I needed or tried to sell a product that was not appropriate for our home. Dell also followed through on all my requests for rebate information. He charged us exactly what was quoted so there were no surprises and didn't require payment until the job was done to our satifaction.

The crew was fast and very professional. The gutters look great.
