Description of Work: Had problems keeping my hot water heater pilot light lit. He contacted the manufacture and within minutes had the problem fixed.

+ -1 moreMr. Sullivan stopped by, went downstairs to check the problem with my husband & wouldn't you know it, the sound had stopped. It had been happening for months & now that a pro was in the house, it stopped. Mr. Sullivan gave us some helpful tips on what to do if the noise came back & said his goodbyes. He didn't charge us a dime, not even for a service call which I thought was so very nice of him. We are very appreciative.
Description of Work: Looked for the cause of noise coming from a toilet in the basement.
