They were nice people. They got right on it and that was it.

I am very happy with them. I needed some major work done but it was very good service from them. It was as good as it comes. He was out there as soon as possible. Very nice guy, just bent over backwards to make sure I was happy.

My AC wasn't putting out enough cool air. Dutton added 2.5 pounds of freon and with the service call they charged me $250.75. The technician told me that for an additional $300-500 they could look to see if there was a leak because it "could all leak out again right away or maybe not at all". I decided to take my chances on whether or not there was a leak or maybe it was just actually low on freon. Nearly two months later it's still running fine.

We first had a problem a week ago and they came out and got it going and it worked for about a week and then we noticed that our fan was not blowing as hard as usual. We called and they immediately responded and found the defective valve. Did not charge us a service call the second time as he felt his repairman should have found the valve problem on first appointment. Also did not charge for all freone as he said some of it leaked because of the faulty valve. They are very honest and come when you need it most. Highly recommend them for any air conditioning problems.

It went great. I called them because our previous contractor was lazy and unprofessional. They sent an email that told me when they be there, I then received emails when the contractor was en route, and when they finished. The contractor was professional and proactive and found the problem and fixed it quickly.

Being new to the area, Cecil was recommended by our inspector. He treated me with respect and explained everything he was going to do before he started. When he found a part that needed to be replaced, he explained why and what it would cost to replace then versus coming back. It was a great experience. He was very fair with pricing and therefore a great overall value. I will continue to use Dutton Air Care and will recommend them to others.
