Description of Work: Installed new heater and air conditioner. Good workmanship but in both cases they did NOT install the equipment they listed in their bid. They installed a lower BTU verions of the heater and lower cost inside coil on the air conditioner.

We live about 2 hours away so we do have to wait for Jim and his crew to come out here to Lincoln County NV but it is well worth it. He is very fair and helpful. Need an honest service man? This is the company to go with. We will be calling Anasazi with ALL of our A/C and heating needs.
Description of Work: Had to fix our thermostat issues. Not as simple as just replacing the thermostat. We had no idea what it was and Jim figured it out for us and had to re attach some wires to the furnace and also fixed the thermostat that was not installed correctly in the house.

Description of Work: I called on a Wed morning and receiced a return call within minutes. I went over the problem and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The tech arrived within his "promise" time and performed the service work professionaly and was on his way. We will use these folks again for any AC/heating work we need and reccommend then to anyone who wants good service at a fair price.

+ -1 moreHad serviced old unit for several years and kept me well informed of its condition and amperage usage. When it started to use what he felt was excessive electricity , he informed me of potential savings of newer current unit. He was on time and had all materials on hand when he showed up for our appointment. His crew was friendly and cleaned up after installation well. I will for sure continue to use his services.
