+ -1 moreThey finally arrived about 7 pm after calling around 5 to say they were still coming. Diagnosed the problem but did not have a suitable motor on their truck. Went to their office and got one and installed it and we were up and running at 9pm. We appreciated that they were working so late and trying to take care of their customers with the right parts. Also, the motor was still under warranty.
Description of Work: AC failed on a Sunday. Sent email to Advanced air and received a call early Monday that they would be out in the afternoon. These were the first really hot days of the year and I am sure there were many AC failures that weekend. We knew these were the people who had installed our unit on our new home just over a year ago so we contacted them. The fan on the outside unit was not working.
