He's on time, the jobs were well done and he's a good problem solver.

He is very professional, responsive and punctual, but charges way too much and takes too long to do the job. His minimum is 2 hours and costs $130. I feel he is overpriced for the time he takes to complete a job. I hired another guy (referral through my friend) he did three times the job and charged the same.

Jim was wonderful! I am 9 months pregnant and unable to fly to the vacation home I own/run in Salt Lake City, which suddenly had several items break. I needed help! I was able to get in touch with Jim immediately, and even more surprising was he went to my home to fix the list of items within 20 minutes of speaking with him, which was late in the evening (6pm-9pm). I have never had such quick service that also didn't mind working after 5pm. I have been needing to find a Handyman I could trust to troubleshoot issues, work honestly and efficiently for a reasonable rate while I'm not there to tend to my home's needs. Jim is my guy! Would highly highly recommend to anyone.

Jim worked from 1200 hrs until the project was completed @ 2200 hrs.

He was able to come over right away to do the work same day. He did good work, was efficient and thorough. He also explained what I would need to do after he was finished.

We are getting our house ready to sell and needed a couple of handyman repairs to be done. Jim came right over and performed all of the repairs at a reasonable price. The ceiling repair needed a creative solution since the house is older and the materials are not readily available. Jim completed the jobs and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Jim!

Jim showed up when he said he would, gave me a firm bid at a fair price. He completed the work when he said he would and charged what he said he would. He did a fine job.

Jim closed in a garage door for us, building a new exterior wall, including matching drywall to existing wall. We are very pleased with the wall. He showed up on time and continued until the job was done. His work was of a professional manner, his prices reasonable and I would hire him again.

His work is of high quality, although he has very odd work hours - perfers to work from 5pm-10pm. He charges by the hour. Things do drag on so both times the project took a lot longer than initally estimated. We do get sick and tired at the end just because how slow things got. But his work is of very high quality. If I hire him again it will have to be a small-scale, well-defined job.

He does a great job at a fair price. He does quality work. He is unbelievable, and does a great job. He listens and does anything you want him to. He even cleaned everything like I would clean it, it's one thing to clean something, its another to do a good job. We were thinking about putting in a hardwood floor in the hallway and he said I think you should do tile instead and so we thought about it and decided he was right.
