Precision Concrete Leveling

They did an excellent job. An A+ provider to work with and military friendly. Their receptionist Mary Anne did a great of job listening and coordinating my project and was warm and friendly and kept me informed every step of the way.

They did the best they could do under the conditions , they were amazing and made a hard thing work for us. I appreciate their kind and caring approach and would hire them again, in a heart beat.

I am very happy with the everything regarding the hiring of PCL. Initial contact, communication, estimate, appointment, clean up, it all went well. Marianne provided great communication and documentation of the job. Curt and his son went beyond what we originally agreed to in their efforts to raise my porch steps. It may be overly simple, but I simply found PCL to be great to work with and very nice people as well. I would absolutely hire them again if any future need for their services should arise.

Company responded to my email via Angie's List within one hour. Unfortunately, the job we needed was outside of their services. I appreciated the quick response even though the answer was we do not do that type of work.

They showed up when they promised, and performed an adequate job. Not perfect, but considering the challenges it was great.

They responded on my initial request very quickly and came out to view the work needed. We had a quote the next day which was very reasonable. The work looks great and they cleaned up after themselves.

Marianne very prompt with coming out for bid. Bid was very reasonable and a pleasant surprise vs. other option of having concrete redone to level it out. Curt and Tristan came and did job when scheduled. Results were awesome and I was very surprised how great the results were. There were some very severe areas where slabs had sunk and they were leveled as if they were just poured. Good communication before and after by phone and email. Also received a bid to seal some of the big seams but the sealing is temperature dependent to cure and may or may not be able to be done now. If I have to wait till spring I will use Precision for that and any future needs

Maryann Lybbert is the office manager. She is the one who came out and gave me the estimate. The company was very prompt, courteous, and accurate. They acknowledged that they were the wrong service provider for me. They were very honest with me. I would use them again in the future if I fit into the expertise.

Overall it was a fabulous experience. It couldn't possibly have gone better. Curt came out to give us a bid very shortly after we contacted PCL. He was pleasant, professional and quick. Using his tablet, he took pictures, recorded his bid, and emailed it to me before he left the property. A few days later, I had a question about the bid and Curt made another trip out to make sure that we were both on the same page. He got us on the schedule for the next week, reminded us ahead of time, and came out and did the work while we were out. I arrived home to a beautifully completed job and an invoice in my email inbox. The front walkway was pretty standard, but the portion of our driveway that needed repair was made of 6 roughly triangular pads that all meet in the center. I was worried that they would still be uneven since the pads had settled to different depths. Curt warned me that it wouldn't necessarily be possible to even them up completely, but he'd do what he could. The result is as good as I hoped, and better than I could have really expected. I enthusiastically recommend PCL for your concrete leveling needs.

My son-in-law oversaw the contractor's work and he said that they did a great job. They arrived on time, performed more work than they had originally estimated, but charged us only the price they had originally estimated! That's a great combination and we were very pleased.

It was awesome, they did exactly what they promised and great communications.

Unfortunately I wasn't clear enough about the work I needed done when I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and it turned out that the job was not something that Precision Concrete Leveling does. The woman who came to the house was very apologetic and I of course felt terrible for inconveniencing her but her polite and professional manner were impressive, especially after driving all the way to my house for what turned out to be no reason. She even recommended another company who might be able to help us.

It went well. We asked them to also raise a couple of slabs in our neighbor's sidewalk and they did those too, for an additional cost.

I would call this company again, without hesitation, to do concrete lifting for me.

I've used them twice before. I was very happy with the price and pride they take in trying to level my driveway. Their prices are very competitive and fair.

We were less than impressed with the price quoted. We found much better prices with several other companies. They were several hours late for the scheduled quote appointment and were not very professional in demeanor. Based on quoted price and tardiness we decided to go with another company.

Patio concrete slabs had settled as much as four inches in some places. CRC was great to work with from the estimate appointment to the job completion.

It went very well from beginning to the completion of the job, and I am very much a satisfied customer that I had them do another job (sealing) a month later. Marianne was very pleasant and professional, and did a timely quote for the leveling of my driveway. The quote was very reasonable so I chose them to do the job. The schedule was for a month later because they were fully booked, which means that they must be doing an excellent job. Curt (the owner) and his helper were as equally professional, very polite and pleasant. They worked non-stop throughout the almost 5 hours that they were there, and they did a great job!

Curt did the leveling of the same driveway a month prior, and I was happy with their job that I hired them to do the sealing. They were very nice, hard-working, honest, and professional people that I would strongly recommend them to anyone! My driveway looks a lot better.

Chad was great. Prompt, friendly and took the time to explain in as much detail as necessary. Came late one evening after long days work because I told him I was in hurry due to home inspection as part of sale of home. He worked me into his schedule within 6 days of estimate and finished the job the day promised. Work was well done and I like the result. Don't hesitate to use this company Chad is a stand up and honest guy.

They knew what they were doing. They seemed very experienced. They had a good list of previous clients and references. They had a good website with helpful info. They guy that game out was nice, informative and friendly. I liked that he explained the whole process. He told me what he was goping to do and how long it was going to take. He kept me informed on what was happening.

Professionalism personified. Quoter came out promptly and explained everything thoroughly. Work crew arrived punctually, did their work, explained a problem they encountered in process and showed me their workaround, notified me of status when they left for lunch and came back later in the afternoon. I'm writing this a couple of weeks later and all the slabs seem solid. Very pleasant people all around. I'll call them first when I need further concrete work.

The estimator arrived at the appointed time and briefly explained the process of mudjacking. She called Sunday to confirm the next day's appointment. Curt (the owner) came out with two men and got right to work. The job was done in about a half hour and they washed down the area to remove excess filler. The pricing was fair with no hidden charges. It looks good and we're pleased with the job.
