The team at Monster is absolutely incredible! Aside from being very easy to work with and doing a fantastic job, they went way "beyond the call of duty" to help troubleshoot an issue I was having. It's obvious they *really* care about ensuring their customers are completely satisfied (rare these days). They have earned my loyalty for any work I have in the future and a wholehearted recommendation to anyone else looking for a reliable contractor.

Though the person I spoke with on the phone was not who came to do the work it was clear that the complexities of my situation had been communicated thoroughly beforehand so the 2 gentleman that came were informed and prepared. I found them all to be polite, professional and knowledgeable. They were great at explaining what they were doing and why and I especially appreciated their efforts to keep the work space clean during and after their work. I highly recommend Monster Media and will approach them first for all my media needs in the future.

Kevin was great! Very professional, explained everything as he went along and finished the job quickly and efficiently. They even squeezed me in sooner than we'd originally scheduled because I wanted to get the job done quicker. Very accomodating. No complaints. I would recommend this company to a friend.

Showed up on time and didn't rush the job. Stayed longer than they anticipated so that they could complete the job timely and even programmed all of my remotes for me. I'm planning on finishing my basement with a theater room and will be hiring them for that project too!

They did very good work, and they were very friendly. The new surround in my family room sounds amazing! I knocked off half a star because they had to repair some drywall that they cracked where they ran the surround wiring through (but these things happen). Also, I knocked off one star because they were about 3 hours later than they originally scheduled to start. However, they did call before, and I was able to work it into my schedule. Overall, I had a very nice experience with them.

Monster media rep as very responsive and interested in my tiny (install a new phone jack) project. Was the first to respond to online request and asked a lot of questions about the job, which they quoted at $80-$85. Made an appt. several days in advance. On the day they were supposed to show, they told me they would be late, then they told me they would be very late, then they cancelled!!! I re-scheduled for two days later and they showed up just a few minutes late and installed a perfectly working phone jack, but they could have done a better job at hiding the bright blue cable around the house. Final cost was $9 more than estimate

After a disastrous install of our surround sound system by Dish Network no way was I going to have them come out and try to fix it. I found Monster Media through Service Magic and sent an email. They contacted me the next day and came out at my convenience. I cannot say enough about Kevin Davidson who did the troubleshooting. He knew what he was doing and had the problem figured out in no time. Works like it should now! Very affordable too.
