 + -1 moreMy condo back yard was in desperate need of attention. Sam came by on the scheduled date, he was even a tad early, and assessed the job. He gave me the quote, I thought it was reasonable, and he went to work. He was done in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I was stunned that he could do such a great job in such a short period of time! He worked quickly, quietly, and was very efficient. I plan to have him continue to care for my lawn as long as I live there. I even tipped him an extra $20! Excellent work, careful, and courteous demeanor (He quoted me a fee of only $20 to care for the lawn in the future).
Description of Work: Back yard winter clean up, including branches and leaves, dog waste, twigs, leaves, etc. Mowed 2 1/2 foot high grass, trimmed back overgrown ivy, edged between all patio and walkway bricks, weeded, hauled out and discarded heavy falling-apart large planter with dirt still in it, used all own materials and cleaned up entire area, returned yard chair and grill to former position, etc.

 + -1 moreMr. Finau is a perfectionist in all his work. As a result we have a great looking garden and lawn.
Description of Work: Four years of service. Lawn mowed, edges trimmed, cleanup weekly, yearly aeration and yearly garden tilling.
