Intermountain West Contractors made our shingle replacement a breeze. Michael came and took a look at the roof, walked us through the process, and got us on the calendar. They have SO many options for shingle colors and even gave some addresses to take a look at in person, to be sure the color is what we imagined. The crew communicated with us throughout the day of the project and were done by 4:00. Our only complaint is that the dumpster was dropped off and not picked up for 4 days. This caused some challenges for our work week because a second car was stuck in the garage. In the end IWC gave us a credit and the dumpster was finally removed. All in all the experience was awesome and I would recommend IWC to anyone looking to have their shingles replaced.

I love working with IWC! This is my second time having a roof replaced by them. They are very professional, great quality, warranties are better than other companies I got bids from. And they finish the job fast. Crew worked from sun up to sun down to finish as fast as possible. They also did a great job cleaning up and even power wash your driveway at the end. Highly recommend using them!

These guys are great. They worked like demons all day long and kept it up so late into the day that they were literally working by flashlight. When they couldn't quite get the whole thing done in a single day, they were back bright and early the next day without complaint to finish quickly. Their work is first-rate, and they were flexible with the scheduling. The only thing I wish is that they'd made one extra pass with the big magnet to get old roofing nails from around the house, but I'd estimate they got 95% of 'em, which in all honesty is better than I'd do. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with their work. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for from these folks!

Description of Work: Gerald was prompt, punctual and very professional in the roofing aspect of the job. Unfortunately, one of his workers broke through a weaqk spot in the roof and damaged the sheetrock in one of our bedrooms. They tried to repair it, but were not prepared to complete the job, so we ended up finishing up the repair ourselves. I realize accidents happen. I appreciate their efforts to make it right. The roof looks fantastic. We have had several complements on the beauty and the speed with which they completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. This has not always been the case with other contractors we have used in the past. IWC was not the lowes price but we were very satisfied with the roofing job.

Description of Work: Gerald is great to work with, my roof blew off in the wind storm and he was very prompt in coming out that same afternoon to see if he could do anything to prevent further damage. This all happened on a Tuesday and his guys were out on that Friday to replace the roof on my garage. Was very happy with the service they provided on the roof that I have contracted them to do the siding on our house and garage, replace an exterior door, install storm doors and am also replacing our old aluminum frame windows. Lots of work coming up, hope I am just as happy with the rest. Pricing is fantastic as well.
