good at first there were a few problems and some miss communication then GERALD the owner of the company found out there was some issues and contacted me on a sunday and went above and beyond to resolve them this is a company that stands behind there work and product i would highly recommend them

It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. The response was immediate, the estimate was within what was expected, and the workers were all very hardworking, polite and professional. They finished the job in two days, cleaned up everything, replaced around 3 or 4 window screens that were damaged because of roof scraps flying around due to strong winds. Very satisfied.

Intermountain West Contractors helped us with getting new shingles and some roof repairs. They were great to work with. Everyone was so nice and answered all of our questions. I also liked that they were not high pressure, they let us take our time deciding. The work was done on time and it took the amount of time promised. They did a great job cleaning up. A great experience overall.

Gerold the owner is great! From meeting the owner on our initial bid to the final inspection the day after the roof was completed, everything went great! Competitive price and excellent work! They showed up with a crew of 10 at 730am and finished taking off my old roof and putting on the new roof by 430pm. It looks amazing! I would highly recommend using Intermountain West Contracrors!

Very happy with all work performed. Still need to have them come and make a last sweep with a magnet to pick up stray nails, etc., that the snow covered at the end of the job last fall/winter, but would recommend them to friends or family and would use then again if I were in need of this type of service.

Excellent! Price was right in line with what we expected, and the crew had our old roof off in one day and our new roof on the next day. They even stayed late with lights on their hard hats to make sure the job was done on time as promised.

The bidding process was easy, with everything listed individually so we knew what we were buying. The crew was very efficient and completed our 2600 sq. ft. roof, start to finish, in about 5 hours. They showed me where sheathing needed to be replaced after they stripped the old roof off, so I knew for myself where the damage was that they would repair. The roof looks fantastic, love the new ridge vent and the architectural shingles, and the fact that the crew painted all the vent pipes to match the roof. They cleaned up completely when they were finished. Highly recommended!

Replaced roofs on two adjacent houses on same day. Second house took part of a second day. Good work and best price quote.

They did a fantastic job and did it all in one day. They cleaned up after they were done. And they did it for the exact estimate that we were given!! This is a great company I have already recommended them to everyone that has asked about the roof!

The roof was done well for the price, but I did have many problems relating to detail. I met with Josh, who is very friendly and responsive, but many of my concerns did not get from Josh to the crew. It was hard to explain my concerns to the crew due to a language barrier. Our group came late cutting it really close to a rainstorm, they did not have the vents they needed for our soffits, the vents were not placed in the places that had been discussed, our rain gutters were badly damaged during the tear off, and our newly fixed chimney was damaged when they put on the flashing and then sprayed painted willy nilly with dark spray paint around our light colored chimney. Josh did have them repair my rain gutters with new ones, which I appreciate it, but there has not been anything done with the chimney. The price was amazing though.

Removal and install done in a single day. All involved were courteous and very professional!!!!! Money well spent!!
