Description of Work: Everyone at Interwest was extremely helpful, from the CEO to the secretary. The quality is outstanding!

Description of Work: Sales Rep very upfront and honest. Work was done exactly as set forth in contract. Would use them again if ever needed.

Description of Work: IWC replaced our roof. They were professional, quick, clean and competitively priced. If I had to do it again, I would not hesitate to call them.

Description of Work: They did a great job replacing our roof shingles on our home and garage and did it at a fair price. Communications were very good, when the crew came out they worked quickly and efficiently, nice guys. They cleaned up so well we've only found a couple stray nails. I have recommended them already to a few people.

Description of Work: We were hoping for ideas about an addition we were planning for our house. We admittedly were not prepared for the bid, as the existing house has a lot of work to be done on it. Unfortunately, the rep was focused on the existing house and what he would do for it instead of giving us ideas on the addition.

Description of Work: They re-did my roof. They were excellent. By far the lowest price. Used good quality materials (Owens-Corning shingles). Finished in one day! Great job of cleaning up. Beautiful new roof!

Description of Work: They were fantastic to work with! They replaced my roof in a very timely manner and did a great job! The price was several thousand less than another bid I had received and they were able to do it sooner and in less time. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: My husband installed the first two roofs on our house. We were hesitant to hire a company to to perform the work as we've always done it ourselves! We chose this company based on two reasons. One our solar panel company owner highly recommended this company and the fabulous reviews/grading they received on Angie's List! Intermountain West removed the two previous layers of shingles from our house and garage roofs and replaced with a fabulous shingle with a 50 year warranty prior to the installation of our solar panels. The installation team was on time each day and were courteous and professional. We are extremely pleased with the work performed. Cleanup of the old shingles and nails was accomplished very well, although due to our landscaping it was not perfect! This is NOT a complaint just a fact! We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional job completed in a timely manner!

Description of Work: We had a new roof put on our house. Gerald came out to give us a quote and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The crew showed up a day early and completed the job in one day. They were very professional and their services were above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they do a great job on my roof, they cleaned up everything before they left. I would definitely use Intermountain West again.

Description of Work: A company representative came to the house to discuss the roofing work to be done, the final cost, selection of the shingles, etc. During the discussion, it was decided that all that is needed is to just recover the existing shingles with new ones instead of tearing off the old ones first. However, the coupon deal offered on Angie's List was for tearing off the old shingles and installing new ones, so the offer does not apply to our situation now. The rep. was courteous, and didn't try to talk us into doing more work than what is needed, which was appreciated. We plan to use the company for the altered roofing job, but since the coupon no longer applies, a refund is requested. Once the job is complete, I'll be glad to write another review of how it went.

Description of Work: We hired them to tear out the single layer of existing roof and install a new roof. They also ended up replacing rotted boards below the roof and did not charge extra to tear off the old roof that was in multiple layers. | |Crew showed up on time, did the job in less than the original time quoted.

Description of Work: I have never had a business (never mind a contractor) take such a top notch, "do what ever it takes" approach like Gerald and intermountain west contractors took on this job. Customer service truly is #1 with these guys.
