They did a great job. Showed up the morning scheduled and finished that evening. Very professional. I was texted picture of the roof progress through out the day.

I’m very anal and have high expectations. They did an excellent job, and due to their platinum rating I received the best warranty that Owen Corning offers at no additional charge.

Overall went well. They completed it all within a day, cleaned up well afterwards. Second time I've used them for roofing and was fantastic both times

It went really great! The whole team was so great to work with. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and very professional! Even the cleanup was so well done! I loved Nick our sales guy from the beginning. He was very professional, covered everything that they offered and could do for us, and answered all questions I had. He then followed up with everything after the job was done. Also, loved the updates they would send me through photos and text of their process and progress while doing the job. I would definitely hire this company again!

I got 8 bids and they were the cheapest price but the same materials with a 50 year warranty. They finished everything is one day! Highly recommended!

This is the second roof that Intermountain West has installed for me. They are one of the most professional companies that I have worked with. Both times they were on time, on schedule and did an excellent job. The members of both crews were very conscientious craftsmen that met or exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely fantastic people to work with! Job was done in one day, cleanup was complete, even swept the driveway. The crew was professional, easy to work with, and explained everything as they were working, answering any questions I had. One awesome fact is that they actually sent text messages with pictures of the job's progress. I would most definitely hire them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type work done. Oh, yes, and the price? Absolutely reasonable, fair, and attractive.

I got my roof replaced by IWC and there was a snag regarding my gutters. I was worried I was going to have another bill I wasn’t planning for. Nick Calaway made it right and made sure everything was taken care of for me. I am so appreciative. Nick is the reason I will refer anyone I know that needs a roof to IWC roofing. Just had them re-roof my house after 30ish years. I could not be more complementary of the company, their sales rep, their office and the team that came and replaced my roof. Sales rep (Cody) was honest, thorough and available during the decision making process and after the contract was signed for questions. The office staff coordinated my dates, I was traveling a lot and needed a specific week, the worked with me to make it happen when I could be there, which was what I wanted. The day prior, supplies started to arrive. On the day of the replacement, the supervisor arrived early then the crew. It was fortunate that for August in Utah, the majority of the day was high 70s. Got to the low 80s in the early afternoon but they stripped, inspected, repaired, dressed and shingled very professionally ~2600 sqft in 1 long 12 hour day. Clean up was great. By 10 am the following day, the dumpster was collected and swept up and cleaned again were it had been just to make sure. I will recommend this company in the future to anyone who asks.

They came the day and time they said they would and did a great job They honored the discount $1250 that was offered. We have many rentals and I would recommend this co.

You are too anxious on wanting your reviews. We have just done the estimate and have agreed to terms and IWC is looking at their schedules to do the work.

They were great, it only took them 6 hours to do the hole Job....

They came over, gave me a quote, and gave me a date that we could expect it to be done. Unfortunately we were going to be out of the country at that time, so we asked if there was any way it could be done earlier. He was able to fit us in on a Saturday, a couple of weeks earlier than the quoted date. He called a couple of days prior to the work and again that morning to give us an update on exactly when the crew would be there. The crew was on time, they were professional and efficient, and they finished the job the same day. The roof looks great. They use all Corning materials and thoroughly explain exactly what the standards are, what their warranty covers, and what I could expect with the install. This was one of the most professional experiences I've had with a contractor both in my personal and business life.

The work went very quickly started at 6:00 am and finished by 3:00 pm. Quality of work was great. Where they received a B was in regards to payment. They called for full payment the very next day even they were aware that our house insurance was in charge of payment. Knowing the paperwork that is involved with processing the claim, they continued to to call frequently. We also asked them to come and pick up some roofing nails that were left over--quite a few actually. We also asked that the foreman of the job come out and view some damage that happened during the job with the area on the edge of the roof that allows for drainage of water. He never called or showed up to go over this. That was a very disappointing part of the job. The only person that kept in touch with us was the finance person. Our concerns were never addressed. When we received the check to pay them we called and let them know we had the check and asked again at that time if the foreman would come out and address our concerns also to pick up the money they so actively wanted. The check sat for 2 weeks in our home. The foreman never showed up or called. We, however; continued to get phone calls for payment. So my husband took the check to them and paid whatever we still owed. They have never addressed the damage we wanted to talk about which was a very small area. So overall the work was great, the follow up was not so great.

Everything from the estimate to the work completion occurred in a very timely and professional manner. The workers were careful and courteous, and the roof looks great. I got a total of five roofing estimates and IWC had the lowest bid without sacrificing quality, as all of the contractors gave me a bid for architectural shingles with long warranties.

The company went above and beyond, and surpassed my expectations. There was a misunderstanding, and the owner called me personally and was amazingly helpful, humble, and followed through on his word. His guys came out as expected, were thorough, fast, and left no trace when they were finished. They even left the extra shingles and said if I have any other issues, they'd come out and do another repair at no cost. I would highly recommend for all jobs, big or small. These guys are top notch!

IWC’s Team is awesome. They did what they said they would, when they said they would. The team was very professional, they took care at every step. They completed an entire reroof from beginning to end in 1 day. Highly recommend this contractor.

The job consisted of removing 20+ year old shingles, applying new shingles. Of note, our roof is shallow (2-12) so we went with a small modification to a typical installation, and I appreciated IWC advising this. Our PREVIOUS roof has leaked, and I believe this small but significant change will address it. Also installed a ridge vent. IWC knows there stuff and are willing to educate the curios homeowner. Their crew gets it done. The entire job took them just 6 hours! My only complaint is that our neighbor's driveway is close to our house and the old roof tear off resulted in a bit of a mess in their driveway - once brought to IWC's attention, they quickly cleaned the neighbor's property. Our property was thoroughly cleaned up. As noted below, I would hire these folks again without question.

IWC was really great to work with. They were very efficient, and truly did complete the entire project in one day! We worked directly with Nick, who gave us a fair price and oversaw the project, returning multiple times to make sure everything turned out as promised. He has great rapport with customers and is very knowledgeable. We also spoke on the phone a few times with Chris and worked again with Nick, who both went out of their way to get additional information for us, so we could receive partial coverage from our home insurance. Overall, they have great customer service, efficient and trustworthy workers, quality products and an excellent warranty. You won't regret choosing IWC!

I dealt with Nick, who provided an inspection of our old roof, explained the problems, and told us what we knew - that we needed a new roof. He provided an estimate, made several good suggestions, and scheduled a date for the roof to be replaced. The team showed up early and finished a complex job in one day. The crew was outstanding - friendly, professional, and exceptional workers. I can't imagine hiring anyone else.

Well was very skeptical and did my homework because I know how to roof but not in shape for the labor involved. Nick was very knowledgeable and listened to what I needed done.
