They turned down my request for them to work in my yard! They said they were overbooked!

They're great! Very good work. They come once a week. This is my second year working with them. One time my sprinkler broke and they actually came and repaired it. Last fall I also had them do my yard clean up for the leaves and they did a good job.

He came the same day I called. He was polite and professional. His cost was about half what another company quoted me.

Both in on-going servicing and on specific projects, John does an excellent job. I should mention that John did not ask me to provide this review. In fact, I wasn't aware his company belonged to Angie's List until today.

Hatch has great employees. We always get the same two guys a and they go out of their way to make sure your satisfied. John Hatch is a wonderful individual who does any landscaping you request himself. Would highly recommend.

I think they've done a good job of taking care of requests within a week, and sprinkler repairs have happened quickly. I've been very pleased.

It has been a great experience. The initial clean up was amazing - it was as if the crew looked over each part of our yard and did everything that we had asked and anything else that they noticed. They kept the cost within what had been discussed. Since then the crew has come once a week and it has been marvelous. They arrive and get right to work - they work hard and I have noticed many times that they go above and beyond - they will blow off our basketball court even where there was no grass. John also takes care of fertilizing and has done it exactly on schedule. We had just a very few dandelions compared to the others around us and the lawn is thick and green. I am very happy with the work being done and will continue to use this service. We have a third of an acre lot and it is $38 a week for the complete service. We are billed at the end of each month which works out very well.

This provider never returned my phone call. I expect more from a provider listed on Angie's List. Highly unprofessional.

It went great. They came on the day that we asked them to because I was out during the week so they came to our convenience rather than theirs so that was pretty good. They did great job, cleaned up well and cleaned up after themselves too. They were friendly.

I have had Hatch Lawn care servicing my lawn for two summers now, and they do an excellent job. They mow, trim, and edge and clean up after. Great service, efficient, and priced competitively enough to make you think twice about hiring the neighbor kid.

We've used Hatch's for the past couple of years. Their workers are prompt, polite and efficient. Our yard is quite small so it takes less than 30 minutes to cut and clean up. We're pleased with their service and appreciate their work.

They were prompt and fast. When they discovered that their large mower did not work on our small hillside, they immediately changed to a smaller machine. Did a great job of trimming.

I called someone else first and didn't get a call back, I guess it was peak sprinkler repair time. I spoke to John and he happened to have a small window of time open that day (otherwise it would have been about 2 more weeks). He came out for what I thought was a broken sprinkler head, and found a broken pipe (which ran under the sidewalk). He repaired the damage and even did a quick check of the rest of the system for any signs of obvious problems. I had to leave before he was finished, but he finished, cleaned up, and closed my garage door for me. :) Great service. Thank You!

John came to my house twice. He was prompt and the overall quality of my lawn began to improve. I had asked for a summer's worth of service at $30.00 for each service. He completed work for April and May, and then called me at the end of June, leaving a message to call him back, which I did within the hour. This is the point at which he disappeared. I received no reply. The second week of June I called to find out from his message that he was gone until July 15. I left an urgent message for him to call me back as soon as he returned. Today is June 16 and I have yet to hear a word from him. This was so disappointing to me. John is a nice guy and did good work, but a key point of professionalism--communication and responsiveness--was not there when I needed it from him. If something had happened that waylaid him, I could understand, but ignoring me I cannot.

Luckily we had other service providers coming that day so I did not stay home for no reason.

Was having a hard time getting hold of someone to come aerate and weed/feed my lawn. Came out and even took extra time to cut/edge my lawn.

Having read about this company on Angie's List, I called them and scheduled this service for a time when they would be in my area. Flexibility is very important to me as I have a demanding job and there is no one to stand in for me when I have workmen/women at my home. I believe the staff person's name was John. He was on the minute that he had promised to arrive. We talked about what I wanted done and how much it would cost. He also offered additional services (i.e., lawn mowing) but did not do a sales job! The job was done within 45 minutes and I was on my way to work on time! I received excellent service by someone who was knowledgeable. I was so delighted I scheduled Hatch for lawn treatments throughout the summer!

John Hatch responded quickly and professionally. He assisted me in our lawn needs without even being contracted to do so. He was honest with his capabilities and true to his word. He even stated that he may not be able to take the job due to his resource limitations however that did not stop him from spending over a half hour with me to set up my sprinklers and timer. He did not charge for this nor did he ask for any thing in return. I told him that if anything opened up on his schedule that we would definitely want to hire him. We were lucky enough to have his schedule open up and have him do the work on our yard. He now maintains my yard on a weekly basis. His honesty and professionalism are beyond reproach. He is not the cheapest, but I dare say he is one of the best.

I liked their responsiveness. They came out the same day I called and fixed it and followed up the next day and took care of everything.
