+ -1 moreHe was really good. He did a great job. He had all the tools, replaced all the parts, and had it all working. It was a lot faster than they did the first job. He was very fast to respond and was able to come that same evening or the next day, it was fairly quick. He was very quick and his explanation of things was good. There were no problems. I would recommend him. He is honest and he is able to find the problem quickly.
Description of Work: We used him to repair some more sprinklers on a different property.

Alvin called me back the same day I left him a message, went to see my yard and bid it the next day, and was there to do the first mowing the day I hired him. He was close to the cheapest (though not the cheapest), but was very responsive and polite and businesslike. He did a great job on the lawn, even the tenants commented on how nice it looked.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. We had an unexpected problem come up with the sprinklers, but he honored his bid and did the work. He only charged me a little extra for the part, but he didn't charge me any extra for the labor. They were very fast. They did it all in one day. We were very happy with them, and hope to use them again. They made our yard look great.

Description of Work: After they installed the landscaping in 2010 they have continued to provide good service and upkeep of the yard. They also did some additional jobs including weeding the garden fertilizer needs mulch. I plan on using them to install my final project a water fall. they are very honest and dependable. hard to beat at $25/hr for whatever I need. I spent over $1,200 last year.

Description of Work: I have this company mow and trim my yard once or twice a month, and I've had them weed my yard, too. They always do a fantastic job and the results are great. I was especially impressed when they weeded all my flower beds; they didn't just cut the weeds off but actually hand dug the weeds out.
