I wanted to change out my 20+ old HVAC system before winter and knew what I wanted as far as equipment. I had several companies bid on the project and ended up using Brozwood. Randy came to my house to confirm what he and I had spoken about on the phone about and the price of the work. On the install day, Braden and Nate were the technicians assigned to do the job. They arrived and quickly went over with me what they were going to do and got to work. They had the install completed by the time that said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Their work was perfect and exactly what they said they would do and what I wanted. This company may not spend the big money on advertising as I found them by accident, but I would never use anyone else for HVAC now that I know about Brozwood. They were reasonably priced and their work is superior.

Josh and his crew replaced my boiler and updated the plumbing system. Their work was very professional and I cannot say enough about the quality of the workmanship. Every aspect of the job was top notch and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Brozwood without hesitation.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do and charged exactly what they said they would. Thank you!!

He gave us 2 space heaters to us untill he got the parts. that was really nice. we didnt have to freeze a second night.

the receptionist was super friendly and while I don't expect this amazing knowledgeable about system. She even called a tech to ask questions and called me back to answer the questions i had. the tech came earlier than was scheduled which was awesome because life without AC is not one that I like living. Josh was super cool as well. He explained the system to me and checked out our nest as I set that up myself and I wasn't sure if i had done it right. he found the problem super fast and let me know how to fix it. I really wish that there was a higher rating that i could give them. it is a breath of fresh air to have someone like them. I am so use to being taken advantage of on services calls and people up selling to make more money. Josh didn't do any of that. I for sure recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to get a system fixed.

Great Customer Service. Explained the work as he went and resolved the issue with the AC unit being so loud.

Owner, Josh, was prompt, and polite. Gave an honest estimate, and explored options for repair and/or replacement of AC unit and furnace. They came highly recommended, and we were happy with the service. Installers were knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Brozwood.

Fast, Friendly and very reasonable!

They were amazing! They had a technician out within a few hours. The tech knew what the problem was immediately without really having to do much diagnosis. I needed a new capacitor for my A/C and even though it was later in the afternoon he went and got the part and finished the job the same day. The price was great for two different needed services/issues, including the part. The best thing was they did not try to sell me a new unit, unlike another larger company did another time I had some A/C service done. That integrity is everything to me and I highly recommend and will use them again for sure!

Started out with a non-functioning outdoor fan on a 20 yr system. Turned into a whole new install of the heating and air conditioning systems. Brozwood impressed with on-time service, full disclosures, excellent information that checked out, and ultimately excellent equipment and installation at a very fair price. The crew showed up the very next morning and spent twelve hours removing the old, completely reducting the returns, moving the humidifier, and installing a 'beautiful' 96% furnace and 5-ton air conditioner. Inside and out it looks excellent. Time tells when it comes to dependability and quality, but it all looks very good so far. Losing your heating and cooling system is usually a stressful experience during which you might be taken advantage of. Nice to be able to say that this all turned out very well. Researching expected costs for good equipment and expected installation costs showed that this job was right in line. A side note about HomeAdvisor: Finding excellent pros has always been so hit and miss. This is the second referral that HA has given me and again it turned out really well. The first was a plumber that provided the same level of quality that Brozwood has. HomeAdvisor is really earning my respect.

Good experience. Fixed what I needed fixed and did all I asked them to do , I would use them again.
