So far, they have valued over 230 companies nationwide. Business Valuations Group is industry and geographically agnostic. They value all types of businesses in all 50 states. The primary thing (besides price) that sets Business Valuations Group apart is the people doing the valuations have helped buyers and sellers sell and buy businesses. They not only have access to national databases of sold business comparables, they understand the market. Very few business valuation experts have sold as many businesses as the 2 principals at Business Valuations Group. Rick Krebs, Valuation Expert, CPA (retired) started his business career doing accounting for businesses. He has over 23 years of experience valuing, owning, selling, accounting for, and advising business owners. He utilizes 2 national databases of businesses sold: one that tracks all SBA loans and one that has over 33,000 business sales transactions to derive business value when performing a business valuation.
