Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. This was a large project for us, and after a miserable experience with Home Depot Home Services, we decided to try a locally owned business. We're so glad we did. Jaren, the owner of the business was very professional, extremely responsive and punctual, very honest and straightforward. We had originally planned on just replacing a few windows, but after how painless and affordable the first batch of windows were to have put in, we ended up doing the whole house. The install crew was also very professional and courteous, and did a fantastic job and cleaned up thoroughly. We love our new windows, and are extremely happy with the install procedure. Since our home had a synthetic stucco exterior, the stucco needed to be removed around the windows for the new windows to be installed properly and more importantly, sealed properly to gain the full benefit of energy-efficient windows and avoid leaking problems later. The other contractor we had consulted was going to just seal the windows to the stucco, something we later learned is a cheap shortcut that will provide lots of problems later. Jaren not only did the job expertly and professionally, but his price came in even less than the contractor doing the cheap short cut. The windows are top quality, too, even better than the ones we almost had put in by the other contractor, and the installation is FAR better looking.. We couldn't be happier.
