+ 4 moreJim is great. He gets the job done, which sounds so simple...but having dealt with a lot of contractors in my life - that's not so simple! He is also very helpful in design, implementation and management. I trust him completely, and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Jim has GC'd several major and minor projects for us over 5+ years. He has replaced a outdoor deck, roof, windows doors, and numerous interior redesigns. He also currently manages our second home.

Description of Work: Our relationship with Home Pro Plus started 2 years ago with our need for property management services for our historical vacation home in Park City, Utah. The company and Jim, its owner, came highly recommended by the real estate agent we used. Jim's construction experience helped us address the many repairs we needed after closing and before we began using the home that first ski season. Since that time, The company has provided a broad array of services to meet our needs; from arranging housekeeping through to working with the local planning board for approval and replacement of windows according to their historical preservation requirements. Jim has always approached every issue in a practical manner and with creative and economical solutions.
