Description of Work: I used Heber City Appliance for a refrigerator repair and have used them previously to repair a diswasher. Both turned out to be easy fixes, a new hose on the diswasher and a new control board on a GE refrigerator. I paid a considerable mark up for parts in both cases and if I had to do those same repairs again I would order the parts from Amazon and try the job myself. However, the repair staff were timely, considerate, and did their job efficiently both times. Especially for the recent refrigerator repair where Justin was very cordial, explained what he was doing, and even coached me a bit on replacing the outlet to avoid a follow up repair for that same issue. Prices on parts are definitely where they make their money but the service is top notch.

+ -1 moreIts just fine. Just great. Very great, friendly, nice man who did it. Very nice man. They came the first time when the tenants weren't here and they didn't judge for that. I was really happy with them. They are the only game in town, really that I know that's really professional appliance people and they do a good job. Most of the times I got them I wasn't here I was in Australia or I was in Seattle. All I did was come and say this is who I am, they did it and they bill me and it was no problem. It was just great.
Description of Work: Heber Appliance. The dishwasher wasn't working and they made it work.
