Wasatch Heating crew arrived on Wednesday morning as scheduled, and went right to work. First order of business was to disconnect the old furnace and get it out of the way. The first day was primarily getting the new furnace and air conditioning in place and cutting vents in the flooring for duct work. Most of the duct work was accomplished the first day. The second day was completing the duct work, permanent placement of the new furnace and air conditioning. This required new breakers and new electrical wiring, and new thermostat. I had central air conditioning that afternoon! The third day, actually half a day, was installing a new flue, test run of the furnace (the central air had been working several hours by then), and clean-up. The Wasatch Heating crew were professional, very hard working, and did an excellent job. The central air works fantastic (haven't needed the furnace yet). The price quoted in the initial estimate was the final price, which in my opinion for the work completed was a bargain.

Wayne from Wasatch Heating and Air Conditioning arrived promptly for all appointments, and was always extremely professional. When he came to provide an estimate, he was actually 5 minutes early, and he provided some great insights regarding the options available and what would best suit our needs. The crew had a great attitude and they were also all very professional. They installed the furnace and the air conditioner in one day, and even though they needed to make some pretty big modifications prior to installation, they remained positive and the project went very smoothly. I am pleased that we were able to work with a local company, and even more pleased at the level of professionalism and great work. They came highly recommended and I would definitely recommend them to others.
