+ -1 moreWhen I called Alan, he said could be there within the hour, which he was. He estimated he could do the job for $100. He did an excellent job and said that it actually came in at $75, but I insisted on paying him the agreed-upon price, because of the quality of work and his timeliness in getting to it. I would hire him again for any construction type work. I would highly recommend him to anyone else.
Description of Work: Alan installed a door for my storage shed, which needed to be cut down to size and fitted.

Description of Work: Alan was friendly, and pleasant to work with. He was booked nearly 3 months out but I decided to wait as his price was cheaper than anyone in the area. He specializes in building sheds and outbuildings and I needed one for my motorcycle. When Alan showed up he HAD confused me with another client and brought the supplies for a different shed. He returned a couple days later and began construction. Only took him 14 hours to have it constructed.
