Overall a very positive experience. Returned first call - set up and showed up for an appointment. Set a date for the crew to work. Everything was done on time and as requested.

It went great!!! I'm calling these guys today to have them come out again in a week or so to do some more work. When I initially called Jared, he came over very quickly to look at my lists and survey the work. He scheduled a crew of 4 guys to come out about a week and a half later (they were incredibly busy at the time, probably thanks to all the great reviews on Angie's List! :)) and he was in the process of hiring more people to form a second crew. On the scheduled day, the guys arrived on time, I gave them my lists and showed them the yards, and they got right to work. I was working from home that day, and every time I looked out the window, they were working hard. They got the first part of the brick work done so quickly that they sent me out to Home Depot for more bricks! They really got a lot more done than I ever expected! They worked well together, didn't bother me barely at all, but did knock on the door to ask for clarification on a couple of projects. I was happy they did that, rather than just assuming they knew what had to be done. Jared came out a couple times during the day to check on them and to bring a truckload of compost/mulch for my flower gardens. He is a very pleasant gentleman, and is very committed to have things done right. I had hired them for "the day," and by around 3pm, most of the major work was done (and we had run out of bricks again), so we called it a day. They cleaned up beautifully, even sweeping the driveway and street where the mulch/compost had been dumped - you couldn't even tell it had been there! I went out later to water, and was gratified (and amazed) to see that not only had they spread the mulch/compost in all the gardens, but they had somehow smoothed it out so it looked refined and gorgeous - not even a single footprint! Jared called again that night, just to make sure I was happy with the work. A class act, these guys were, all the way. They charge $99/hour (for a crew of 4), plus $125 for the truckload of mulch/compost (which is a terrific deal, since I've ordered mulch from other services before and they charge the same price (and delivery charges) for less than half of what Jared's crew brought. They get it at the Bountiful landfill, it is infused with rotted horse manure, and is amazing for plants. My gardens have never looked so good! I also gave them an $80 tip at the end - they earned it! :)

I called Operation Clean-Up to get an estimate for spring weeding at my 74 year old mother's home. Jared responded the same day to answer my questions. I made an appointment for the following week. He and his crew arrived on-time and worked tirelessly for two hours to weed, prune, and haul away the debris. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to ensure the garden beds were immaculate and ready for tilling.

I don’t remember how much they charged me for their services but my insurance paid for it because of the high winds in this area. They’re just easy to work with. They’re dependable and their prices are good. They always do a little extra. I will use them again in the future.

It was raining the morning they were originally to scheduled. Jared called bright and early to reschedule for later that week and requested to bring an extra man, which was fine with me. They were on time, with five men, to clean up the gardens. They worked nonstop for 3 hours pulling weeds and a lot of grass from the flowerbeds. When they were done, the smoothed out the dirt and vacuumed the sidewalks and driveway around where they worked. They also fixed some edging which had started to come up around some of the flowerbeds. I would definitely use them again!!!

The four member crew arrived on time and quietly and efficiently completed the work as explained to them. When questions arose, feedback was requested before proceeding with the work. The completed project looked great! We'll hire them again for additional work.

Jared and his crew are HARD WORKING and PROFESSIONAL workers! They go above and beyond what they bid on.I recommend them greatly.

Jared is professional, prompt and personable. He and Mario came to our storage unit that was broken into and cleaned it and took all the garbage away. Jared is quick to call back and straight forward about his bids to get the job done and is very trustworthy. He has a fantastic "can do" attitude. I'm already in the process of having him come clean what's left in the storage unit and move it to the house. I'll also be keeping him in mind for any yard clean-up that may need to be done. I'm also keeping him in mind for anything else that we may need help with.

Jared and his crew did a superb job. They did about twice the amount of work a different crew had bid for, for LESS money. The work they did was high quality. The crew arrived early and worked hard all day long. We've had a different company do yard work for us and Jared's crew was far superior. On top of the great work they did, they are friendly and pleasant to work with! I would use them again without hesitation, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I told the whole story above and am not adept at word processing enough to know how to copy/paste/ what I've already typed. (It's taken me an hour just to type it up and edit it somewhat- -sorry, I'm an old, tired mom of a pre-teen boy)

This is the third time I have hired Jared and his crew to do yard work for us. Last year he came out and cleared an overgrown area of our yard that was covered in ivy and evergreen shrubs. He also moved a large amount of very large rocks from the area. This year we had him come out and pull the rest of the ivy from a different part of our yard, remove and haul away an old fence we are replacing, and move a bunch of dirt from one part of our yard to another. He and his guys work amazingly fast and do a fantastic job. If I could give them an A+ on the ratings I would! I feel like I get more than my moneys worth and there's nothing these guys can't do. We plan to have them back after the fence is built to do more weeding and bring in some compost for our flower beds.
