 + -1 moreThis is a very well equipped gym. They have spinning and yoga classes as well as personal trainers but I only use the gym. I have been going there for about 15 months and they have really reasonable prices with great equipment. They don't have many showers but the equipment and personnel is great. I will use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreGood equipment for reasonable prices. Friendly staff. They have personal trainer programs. It's a no frills outfit, they put their money in the equipment.
