It's too soon to tell if any mold remains...doing post testing.

The team was communicative explaining the process thoroughly from start to finish. We received three phone calls checking our satisfaction. They were able to schedule me in rapidly.

They only do mold testing, not asbestos, which is what I first wanted so there was initially some miscommunication and delay in getting test results.. But overall very good.

Very helpful in calming nerves about any toxic contaminants in my house..

Mold reporting is vague and doesn't help you understand if it is just mold or a dangerouse mold that is toxic. The pitch is it is mold and you must remove it all but mold is everywhere in the environment so it is impossible to remove it all.

The guys are great and very friendly. They gave me a great price for the work I needed to have done. I was promised a full report of the mold levels that they provide and other information after the remediation but have yet to receive the report. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions but haven t heard back from them since the work was completed.

PUREnvironment is thorough in its work, and have shown integrity in their follow thru. And the new technology they use is better for your home and pets, not to mention less expensive than the traditional Hazmat approach. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends
