Description of Work: Gregory performed multiple facets of Handyman services, with a high degree of precision and skill. His knowledge and planning process provided excellent results at a very fair price on each separate project.

+ -1 moreI bought a little fixer upper. It had this hideous, huge aluminum awning which shaded south facing windows that I wanted the sun to shine in during winter to help heat my home. I hired Gregory to tear the awning down and build a small covered porch. He took care to place posts in heavy concrete to secure through our high winds. Which HAS been tested! He used steel from my roofing project and painted the posts to match accent colors. It's sturdy and beautiful and was finished in just a couple days.

handymangregory.com offers the following services: I can and will do work from the ground up, small repairs or complete projects. I have 40 years in the construction industry. I am a journeyman/master builder and have worked mostly for general contractors so I know building from site preparation and layout to handing the owner they keys and all phases in between. I have been a soldier, and, as a civilian, lived and worked in construction in harsh conditions throughout the world so I will do the "dirty jobs" some others will not. I am fit and tough so will not show up and say "Oh, that is too difficult" or "gross" and refuse to do work I promised to do.
Although I have diplomas in Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC, I am not licensed in these so can do the basic portions of such work but must work under a licensed individual and have them make connections and inspect my work.
