They were amazing. I had spent hours in frustration. I have an Apple Computer. They called me at 1030pm. In a matter of 15 minutes He had me up and running. My agent did not make me feel stupid. He made me feel like a partner in fixing my computer. He was kind and understanding. He made sure that everything was working before he got off of the phone. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service and computer knowledge that was exhibited on my call. Thank you for being there and being open late.

They responded promptly to my request, worked efficiently, explained what was needed and what was simply advised. Great to work with.
