Excellent work by all - from the estimate to completion.

Said they would waive deductible but didn't, said they won't replace gutters instead but took money for it. Arrived 2 days late. Promised to get job done in a day in a half but took 6 days. Said they would have a 5 person crew but only 2 people showed up. Didn't communicate they would be late. Roof vent installed didn't go to the end of the roof, it stopped short it doesn't look right.

It didn't go. We made an appointment for an estimate and the guy never called and never showed. up. When I called to find out why he did not show he asked if he could call me back in 5 minutes. He totally blew me off and never called me back. Total waste of time/

He sounded nice on the phone, but after emailing him some pictures, his last communication was two days later saying he will come out to look at them. Bad communication skill.
