Description of Work: Eddie Simon was our regular landscaper for our Salt Lake City home and did an excellent job. In the last service, he prepared the house for sale.

+ 0 moreAlways does an nice job. My neighbor across the street has worked with them for about 15 years and says they are honest, reliable and trustworthy. My more limited experience has been the same.
Description of Work: Mow and trim the lawn weekly. Repair multiple issues with sprinkler system. It had several problems and he spent some time dealing with the 3 problems and handled them in a competant manor. Would absoulutely use them again.

+ -1 moreI presented the objective that I wanted the best kept landscaping in our office park area at competitive rates. The previous landscaper did a decent job mowing the lawn, but waited so long to weed and trim shrubs that the property looked neglected. The Simons crew always shows up on time and is very proactive in addressing what needs to be done each week. They pay great attention to detail. The company owner, Eddy Simons, frequently visits the property to inspect the work, if not doing the work himself. Billing is always accurate.
Description of Work: I have used Simons Property Maintenance for landscape maintenance at my commercial office building since spring 2008. This includes lawn mowing, sprinkler repair, weeding, tree & shrub planting, and general landscape cleanup. I have been so impressed with their dependability and attention to detail that I have used their services at my home, too.
