From Alexis' initial call through the end of the project, this business is purely class. My number one criterion with any business I do is customer service. These folks have it down. And, the high quality of the work is second to none. They are the best. Moreover, their selfless nature is extended with their generous donations to Operation Pay It Forward, a veteran non-profit organization, formed to help our returning warriors overcome the injuries and demons they brought back with them from combat. Wow! So glad we went with Patriot. We will be calling soon to start on another needed project!

Patriot Roofing replaced our roof in July of 2020. With the first rain storm that occurred in our area, a waterfall came gushing into our house through an obvious roofing installation error. We contacted them immediately and their response, prior to even viewing the situation or listening to us on the phone, was to instantly blame and assume we have leaking windows(we do not, and this leak was no where near a window). They also stated that they would not be able to come out to our property for a few days. We then instantly sent a photo to them of the roof in the area where it was leaking and they sent out a repair crew immediately. This crew performed some pretty shoddy repairs, but they did stop the leak. The owner, Eric Pauly, then came out to our home about a week later, and tried to convince us that this insane amount of water running through our house was caused by a crack in our stucco and wind blown water coming in sideways. There actually is no crack in our stucco, and this particular storm was without wind. We have hired 3 separate roofing companies to come out and give their analysis of the situation and they all say the same thing. Poor roofing installation, to put it politely. We also noticed that they failed to fix a prior issue with our roof that we had noticed when we contacted them in the first place. They were supposed to also have repaired the damaged drywall in this area, and did not. We contacted the owner back in August regarding this and he assured us that the cause of the leak was fixed, so I let the dry wall issue go. Now we have 2 holes in our ceiling from this incompetence. We have contacted Patriot Roofing numerous times to perform the necessary repairs and they have refused every time. Still insisting on trying to prove water is leaking through a crack that doesn’t even exist in our home. They have gone as far as to forge email communication with us to their insurance company, in order to avoid responsibility. Nobody is perfect, things happen. Some companies (I assume this one does) use sub contractors to perform work, and nobody from Patriot Roofing actually came and did a final inspection to ensure their sub’s/workers performed the job correctly and to their quality standards. We gave them every possibility to correct the issue and perform the necessary repairs as stated in our original contract and confirmed by 4 other independent, unbiased, roofing professionals. Patriot Roofing has still refused to accept any responsibility. This is the real issue. If you can’t trust the company to fix something if it goes wrong, then what good is their warranty in the first place? This company does NOT stand by their work.

It went great! They did in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was exactly they quoted.

Patriot Roofing is a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services. They were on time, professional, went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the roofing inspection that they gave me and were very reasonably priced on the work that was needed.

The work was awesome and very fast. I was impressed with the clean up afterwards. Great job.

Excellent and great work

Very well! Eric was very attentive to our needs and his crew was great. Re-roofed our house in 1.5 days! It looks wonderful and I'd definitely refer/hire again!
