Very well. A commercial-grade water heater was used. The owner came out himself to install the water heater. He even took a few extra minutes to explain how a water softener can affect the longevity of a water heater, depending how how high/low the soft water settings are. They also accepted a coupon I printed off Angie's List! That saved me $50!

He said he'd show between 8:30 and 9. At 8:45 there he was and in about an hour we had a brand new water heater. He charged exactly what was quoted plus he honored the Angie's List 5% off coupon which lowered the price to $840.75. Not only did he do a great job, but he gave me tips on how to extend the life of the new heater. I would HIGHLY recommend "Only Water Heaters", they did a great job!

We contacted a different company from Angie's List and their quote was far out of our budget. After resigning ourselves to cold showers, I remembered my mom had been referred to an inexpensive company a few years previous. I was able to find her receipt and called them for a bid. I was shocked at the price difference (almost $1000) and said DO IT! They had the water heater in their vehicle and it took them less than a half hour. It has really improved the quality of our lives (especially in winter!) and we appreciate it tremendously. We are also saving money on our gas bill! This is the only company you should call, particularly if you are on a budget. They are focused only on water heaters so you can be assured that they will be able to handle your setup professionally and for a GREAT price!

Our Water heater failed at a very inopportune time (don't they always)...I called Only Water Heaters at about 8 pm and Dan returned my call within minutes. He indicated he could replace the water heater the next morning, quoted me what I believe was a very fair price, and asked me to return his call to leave my contact information and address. This morning, he called the house at 7:30 am and told my wife to expect him around 10:30. Our experience with this sort of thing was that he'd probably show up around 12 -3 pm but NO, he was at the house just slightly before 10:30, went immediately to work and was done about an hour later. We are VERY Happy. Superb customer service, personable, professional. This is the way service providers should be. I will recommend Only Water Heaters at every opportunity!!!

I had an aging water heater and wanted to replace it before it went bad. Their pricing was the best I found and since this is their speciality they knew what they were doing. In and out without any issues, very clean and courteous. I'll use them again and can recommend them.

Was able to come soon, and were punctual. Worked quickly. Had to remove a folding closet door, and move out my washer and dryer to get to the water heater to replace it. Also had to upgrade the flue. They still only charged the low price initially quoted.

They were prompt, professional and fast. Friendly and willing to answer questions. Very happy with their service and their product.

My sister lives alone and just bought a new home...as she was moving in she discovered the Water Heater was leaking...something the inspector missed. She had a couple of bids and like they do with any single woman tried to convince her that she needed $1000-$1200 worth of venting in addition to the apliance. I checked Angies List and remembered I'd actually used ONLY WATER HEATERS before. They charged her around $400 and did the work while she was packing the other home. I trust these guy's they are honest, fair and install high quality products. I recall they changed out one in my Murray home...charged about $500 for a 50 gallon tank and were in and out in 30 minutes...Awesome.

He called my renter to schedule a time, and said he's be there around 1pm. He showed up on time, drained and removed the old unit, and had the new one installed by 3pm. His quote was exact, as I only added an earthquake strap to keep up to code. I wish all contractors were as good as "Only Water Heaters". Prompt, efficient, inexpensive, and top notch customer service. Simply unbelievable. If you don't do business with them...you have only yourself to blame for what happens next.

I needed a new water heater and checked prices online and went to Lowes and Home Depot and checked prices and then went on Angies List, found Only Water Heaters, checked out their reviews, followed up with a check with the BBB and called them to get a price quote. Their quote for total installation, including removal of the old water heater, was $5.00 cheaper than the cost of the water heater I wanted which would involve me removing the old one and installing the new one by myself. What a great deal from Only Water Heaters!

Dave and Jacob from Only Water Heaters were great to work with. I needed to replace my old 50 Gallon water heater and after shopping around they had the best price. I was able to call them and schedule them the same week. They even removed old water softner equipment we aren't using at no extra cost. The whole job was done in 60 to 90 minutes. They were professional, courteous and hauled away all my old equipment. Very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new water heater.

For service #1, we bought the water heater from home depot and had this company install it. For service #2, there was already an existing water heater. However, since there are 5 people living in this house, there is not enough hot water capacity. Instead of installing another water heater, they recommended using a thermal valve. This cost only $200 (material+labor+tax) to install and it's a much cheaper solution rather than buying a second water heater/replacing the existing water heater with a bigger capacity. They were on time, took 45 minutes to replace the valve, and the quality of the work was very good. We highly recommend this company and would definitely use it again in the future.
