+ -1 moreOur phone calls and attempts at communicating with OMG Landscape have not been successful. We would be very happy if we received a refund.
Description of Work: OMG Landscape was contacted by phone on December 23, 2012 to provide a gift certificate for a Christmas present. Ryan Sadler met my husband and me at Porcupine's Restaurant, He provided a gift certificate along with two business cards and told us to tell our son to contact him when he was ready for the design to be completed. He was paid $250.00 by check to design a landscape for our son and daughter-in-law's home. Our son contacted him in February, 2013, but he never returned calls. He made one appointment with them in May 2013 and said that he would get back to them. They are still waiting for his call and design. I have called many times and been told that I have the wrong number or he doesn't answer the calls. As of May 29, 2014, Mr. Sadler has not made any effort to produce the $250.00 landscape design.

+ -1 moreRyan came to see my project and said he would send a bid. One week later, I called and he promised that he would send the bid the next morning. It has now been two weeks since I last talked with him. I have heard nothing. I'm disappointed because I really appreciated his ideas and was excited to have him do the job after meeting him. However, after reading so many review of people with the same experience, I wouldn't use them.

+ 1 moreThe guys seemed to do a great job and were easy to work with. Within a couple months, had trouble with our overall sprinkler system, pavers settled unevenly in one area. Owner of the company would not call us back after numerous attempts.
Description of Work: Landscape project that looked really nice at first.

Description of Work: The nice young man who is the owner of OMG Landscaping came to my home to give me an estimate on how to improve a long narrow backyard. He didn't stay long so I am assuming he did not take measurements. I was to hear back from him with a proposal within two days. He never called me or answered my calls and emails to him. I was surprised as he seemed like a very responsible person. It was disappointing...

+ -1 moreRyan and his crew did a great job. From the start they were professional and had great ideas. The quality of their work was excellent. Our whole yard needed to be done and they came and were able to do the entire job in around five days. They left our house spotless. We would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Full yard sprinkler system, retaining wall, grade and prep yard for top soil, added top soil, installed 13 trees and around 60 shrubs, poured a patio and built a fire pit area with a sitting wall.

+ 0 moreRyan came out and gave us a bid on adding a top row of rocks to our retaining wall and adding a few sprinkler heads in the flower garden. He said it was an easy job that would take maybe an afternoon and that he would be nearby at the end of the week to do it if we chose him. He said he would have the bid to us by that night or the next day. 2 days later after we emailed him about it he sent the bid. The cost of the job was appropriate on the bid. We told him he had the job. He said he would be there towards the end of the week. That week and half of the next went by. We called him 3 times and left messages but he didn't have the common courtesy to let us know what was going on. I do not recommend this company unless you feel like being ignored and waiting around. I can't stand contractors who are this disrespectful.
Description of Work: We had Ryan come out and give us an estimate on fixing our retaining wall and tweaking our sprinklers.
