 + -1 moreHe explained their system and even looked at and provided an explanation as to why our water regulator was giving us such low water pressure. We had asked the question to another company that came out, but he was the first to actually take the time to explain what was wrong and why we would need to replace it. He also explained the pros and cons of the two different main regulators so we could make an informed decision. We are not yet able to afford the water softener system, so I cannot review the installation portion of the service.
Description of Work: I wanted an estimate for a water softener system.

 + -1 moreMonte's team did a great job. Monte came out to our house initially to check the hardness of our water. They installed our new Kinetico softener in our crawl space (which was not too easy to access). They ran separate hard water lines to our kitchen sink and outside spigots. The Systems does not need Electric so you don't have to worry about timers when the power goes out. Overall, the team did a fantastic job with our system.84098

 + -1 moreI first called Monty from Kinetico to come up and talk to me about and RO system after reading an article in Consumer Reports Magazine which rated their system 99 out of 100 points. He came up and explained the entire system to me and how the filter system would get rid of the soft water taste in our drinking water and ice cubes. Our entire hi rise condo building has soft water to help maintain the plumbing system but that stuff is not good drinking water. Monty told me they could install the new system during our entire kitchen remodel and no more soft water taste plus crystal clear ice cubes. WHile I was not here for the install of the system or the kitchen remodel ( we left town for 2 months). It was ready to go upon our return. I love it, no more having to go 10 floors down to get get drinking water in the building garage tap. The system works very well and the water taste great. I am extremely happy with the system and have recommended it to neighbors in my building who have also install Kinetico RO systems.
Description of Work: Installed Reverse Osmosis water system in kitchen with 4 filters. The system was also connected to ice maker and cold water nozzle in Jenn Air fridge.
