JOSH THE PLUMBER

He was really good. He came out when we were doing some remodeling and did a great job and we've called him back for a couple of times since.

This is the second time we've used Josh and he did a great job both times.I had tried to repair the leaky shower faucet myself but, after two trips to Lowe's, I was stuck with worse problem. I couldn't get the new replacement part into the pipe fitting and the part jammed so that I couldn't get it out either. I had to turn off the house water supply until it could be fixed. When I called Josh he gave us an appointment window but called the day of the appointment with an exact time. He fixed the problem in ten minutes, I, on the other hand had already spent a half a day on the faucet. He and explained what he'd done and we paid the bill.

I called for a client, who is disabled and low income. Josh was very helpful, and seemed amenable to assist with payment. However, the client was still unable to pay anything reasonable. I would call him for work if I know a client has $$$.

Josh was great and very easy to work with. Our old kitchen faucet was installed poorly and the handle hit the back splash so Josh was able to find a style that would work without any hindrance. It cost a bit more ($388) than I expected but I absolutely love it! It's a big upgrade and the water is hotter now with better flow. I also love the soap dispenser he installed. Overall, a great job and I'd definitely use Josh again.

While undergoing a basement remodel, we're replacing tile in the guest shower and needed to replace the drain and pan. Josh the Plumber was called and an appointment was set to fix the problem. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. He made recommendations on the shower valve which we had him accomplish. He was very courteous and thorough in explaining his actions to us. We will definitely use his services again in the future when the need arises.

We are very happy with Josh's work. He was willing to do all work that we wanted him to do. He offered suggestions, then was happy to do whatever we decided. He worked in the evenings and completed the job in 2 evenings. He was very courteous and was careful to not be in our way. A pipe broke a week after he completed the work and he came out quickly and fixed it, no questions asked.
