Matteo was awesome he showed us a presentation of the windows prior to us making a decision. Then he helped us find a GREAT price for our family and looked into helping us as military veterans! He is an amazing guy and DaBella should be happy to have him! Thank you Matteo, we are excited to see the new windows on our home!

I just placed my order today so Iâ m looking about four months lead time to get the new windows in to Utah. Kevin Stone quoted the project and did a very professional job on the proposal. All I can do now is wait to see when my windows show up and how long it takes them to get out here and install them. Iâ ll know a lot more in four to five months. Iâ ll keep you posted.

High quality fast completion, very observant about roof condition, quality and complete clean up

We ordered our windows in June. Haven't heard a word of when I will see my windows. Tomorrow is the first of September. Still have no idea of when our windows will be here. COVID-19 I'm guessing.

John Caparas was an absolute professional. Unlike other window help I got. He actually knew about what he was talking about and we got an amazing deal on the windows we got!! They are really making a difference in the household

We signed up in April for Gutter, Soffit, Facia, and Siding Installation. The reason we signed up with DaBella was due to Kevin our salesperson saying how great of a company and a solid warranty is provided vs going with my friends personal company who does the same quality work for large developers. We were told we needed to place a deposit of approximately $5000 for an $18,000 job it would be done the first part of July. On the more expensive side but DaBella is a reputable company, right? Wrong It is now August, after calling in approximately 10 different times the company randomly showed up in July when we werent home and installed Gutters without the right amount of gutter and missing downspouts, and cause damage to shingles. This has caused more damage to the wood and home from exposure as well. HINT: YOU INSTALL GUTTERS THE VERY LAST WHEN DOING SOFFIT AND FACIA! They are leaking to top it off! When I get someone on the phone I have asked for a copy of the contract 2x, informed my salesperson via Voicemail and Text as well. Only to receive a response via text saying **this is the first I have heard of this**. Anytime you call in and let them know, they say they are going to **escalate** it. When asked what that means, somebody will get back to you within 24 hours... **waiting** crickets. Once, we were told they no longer had an office manager (and that was the reason from corporate). Another time, a person contacted my wife and said they would be the main contact. They gave her a number that just rings back to the people that say they are going to **escalate** the complaint. We just want to cancel, get a refund on our deposit, and move on to a professional company. I do not trust them at all at this point based on the installation of random gutters. We want our money back and the contract canceled. I have contacted a local news company (Get Gephart), next up to the Better business bureau, and then, we are going with consumer protections.

jake laycock came out and was very nice to us and super knowledgeable!! he did an amazing inspection on our roof and showed us what needed to be done and what needed to be taken care of. i really appreciated his honesty and how he got things done with us!

We haven't had the windows installed as of yet, buth the customer service has been good. Ka'inoa has been really good about communicating with us to keep us up to date on the status of our order.

Devin knows his stuff and really took care of me. Not only do I feel like I bought the best quality roof for the money, but made a friend in the process

When I purchased this, I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before install. It has been several weeks, I have called and I am not even on the schedule yet. Very disappointing.

Ricky and Alex came to our house and took over 3 hours explaining every single detail of the project, answered all our questions, and explained "WHY" certain things are important in a roofing project. I recommend them. We are scheduled to get the actual project done in a couple of weeks, but I wanted to give these guys a shot out for easing out our doubts and helping us get all the discounts that made their product affordable.

Actually, we have just signed up with them. I will write another review after the job is done, but so far, the presentation about their products was outstanding. All the features were explained clearly and they took time to answer all my questions, that is why we signed up with them. If you want a great explanation ask for Ty Lopez or Ricky Florence. You will not be disappointed. Aside from their thorough explanation, the best part is that they gave us all discounts available to make the product affordable to me.

From Carey Funk who clearly explained DaBella's product and procedures to the installation by Roberto and his crew, the work was professionally done. I have received many positive comments from the neighbors.

Value for the money is hard for me to rate accurately. Materials used were very high quality. Workmanship was excellent. We loved working with Marisa was a pleasure. She was so knowledgeable and professional. Others might do the job for less but I would guess corners would be cut or lower grade materials used. Da Bella crew was so well-trained and efficient. They were careful to apply flashing in all places needed.

I love the communication DaBella has been giving for my windows and siding project! Everything should begin to start installing within the weeks coming. I highly recommend Dabella for any project you need done on your home!
