I had water damage in my laundry room. My first quote was $1700. Added an additional almost $600 to move the washer and dryer out. Did I say it was a laundry room? Holes are still in the walls. Walls were not sanded to be even because that wasn’t in the Cransten agreement. To sand the areas of the walls would be another $1200. Paint is uneven. Scratches on the washer and dryer. Nicked the freshly painted walls bringing the washer and dryer back and didn’t touch that up. Re-connected the dryer and knocked the vent out so now I have to replace it. Grant it the vent was old, but it was attached and working before. Had to ask to add apiece of the baseboard. Again I was told, he was only going by the Cransten agreement. Don’t get me started on leaving the baseboards, paint (brush, etc.) and my shelves in the snow. So, I think that is why the baseboards are not flush to the wall. Maybe being a woman and asking someone to remodel my laundry was a bad idea. I could have done it myself.

It was not on our work order to fix all of the incorrect issues with drywall for the entire room. We are happy to warranty our work. We are happy to do work for customers, but we can't do work for free. We have called and left a voicemail to discuss further. Thank you"

We hired Bradley Evans to work on our patio, doing a few things including some much needed painting, re screening a screen door and installing a ceiling fan. He did a spectacular job! They gave me a pretty accurate quote through email. Then on day one in person, they revised it because of some changes I had. Matt, the handyman on my job, was friendly and professional and did a great job. My only gripe with Cranston was they rescheduled my project a couple of times. Great work!

Jesse did a series of small jobs for us and each one was done very well. My house was built in 1905 so each job also came with its own unpredictable complications. And in each case he figured out how to complete the job. I absolutely recommend these guys, and Jesse in particular.

Joseph Donabella was the handyman that came and fixed my front door. I have not been able to use my deadbolt for years. Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again.
