Cransten Service All Stars

From this point forward, this company will be my go-to for any home repairs I need. We were looking for a trash can fenced enclosure that was installed rather poorly a few years ago. Our handyman, Jose (jose@charlotte), was attentive, thorough, and dedicated to the best outcome for our family. He arrived on time, remained a consummate professional, and helped us make the best decisions for our improvement project. We are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Jose, and thank you, Cransten. Moving forward, this will be my go-to home improvement company!

They gave me a pretty accurate quote through email. Then on day one in person, they revised it because of some changes I had. Matt, the handyman on my job, was friendly and professional and did a great job. My only gripe with Cranston was they rescheduled my project a couple of times. Great work!

Jesse did a series of small jobs for us and each one was done very well. My house was built in 1905 so each job also came with its own unpredictable complications. And in each case he figured out how to complete the job. I absolutely recommend these guys, and Jesse in particular.

Joseph Donabella was the handyman that came and fixed my front door. I have not been able to use my deadbolt for years. Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again.

Eric was very nice with a gentle demeanor. I felt totally comfortable having him work at my home. He was also honest, helpful, and efficient. His work was excellent and I am so happy with what he did. He completed 3 projects that will definitely improve our quality of life. As a woman, I greatly appreciate how respectfully he treated me, and how transparent he was about what was being done and what the costs were. I will entrust my future projects to Eric.

Butch is handling some carpentry repairs for us. He arrived on time, his work was neat, and his clean up was above and beyond. Looking forward to having him back for more work.

Kati and Jason did a great job. The estimate for services was quoted up front, and that was exactly what I paid. Jason started the project when he said he would, finished a day later, which was understandable since he needed to get materials. I was sent photos documenting the before and after, and the work was well-done.

Timothy Holly did an amazing job easing my nerves and helping me install industrial clothing racks correctly for my studio.

We hired Cransten back in May to touch up some failing grout in our master shower. The first guy they sent used what turned out to be the wrong grout, and just used gobs of it all over all the tile seams. After the first couple months the grout he'd applied was melting off the walls. Fortunately, Cransten was gracious enough and to schedule a warranty repair even though we were a bit outside the warranty window. The second guy they sent, Andrew Ormesher, did a FANTASTIC job. Andrew was on time and professional and took the time to scrape all the falling grout out, cleaned up every tile seam, and sealed it afterwards. Could not be happier with the end result!

They gave me an honest quote and got out there to take care of the work within days. They were very response -the guy fixing it even texted to me to be sure everything was done. They were great!

This company is not reliable. Several times they said they would come do the job but never showed up. I have not called them since the last time they did not show up and they have not bothered to call me.

We're very happy with Cransten Service All Start company and especially with Pace Jorgensen who did an outstanding job in replacing our single sidelight front door with mahogany solid wood door with speakeasy window and double sidelights. Pace showed great professionalism, great communication, and very high-quality work. I would strongly recommend Pace and Cransten Services All Stars to anybody. My solar company hired these guys to repair my soffit that was caused by moving an electrical mast for my panels. The tech they sent out, Jon Hunter, did an excellent job patching the hole and painting the exterior. Jon was highly courteous, professional and thorough and I will be a regular Cranston customer now, as a result.

Last month, the handyman never arrived for the appointment scheduled weeks in advance with the manager, Brian. After contacting Brian later that day, he assured me the handyman was probably just running late. He would call the handyman, and the handyman would call me. That too, never happened. I never heard from them again. Abandoned by Cransten Service “All Stars.”

Greg Bohrer was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to make the repairs before he actually made them. After completing the repairs he went back and tested him to make sure everything worked well as it should be.
