I hired Bryant Construction to do a complete basement finish on our new home. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Not only is the finished product beautiful, but the quality is so good that it makes me wish they built the entire house. We absolutely love the space and are down there frequently. Another great benefit we received while working with Bryant Constructions is the partnership with them to ensure the best possible outcome. During the initial rough out work they noticed the plumbing in the basement wasn't done correctly. The slope for the toilet was too shallow which would cause enormous problems in the future. Most companies would have just overlooked this and moved on. Not only did Bryant call this issue out, but he was pivotal in the resolution. Providing great feedback and guidance, but also working directly with the home builder's plumber to ensure the issue was fixed correctly. Unfortunately, it wasn't fixed correctly by that particular plumber nor was the issue caught by the inspector for a second time after the 'fix' was completed. Knowing this would be a problem down the road, and not wanting to allow this issue to persist, one of Bryant's folks (Jeff) came up with a solution. They discussed it with us and then instituted it with our approval. It was so great that Bryant and his team had our back. Lastly, Bryant and his team are exceptional to work with. Not only are they professional and do fantastic work, but they are all great people and we felt like they always had our best interests in mind. I'd like to specifically call out Jeff in particular. I got to know him a bit while he was working in the basement. What a great person! And then there's Bryant himself. Thank you for making this huge project so easy and for always looking out for us.

Bryant Construction made finishing our basement the smoothest experience we could have asked for. They have excellent communication, did a high quality job, and finished in a very timely manner. We would absolutely use them again!

Let me start by saying Bryant is the best contractor ever. Having done remodeling work on our own home many years ago, I can appreciate the work and planning that goes into this kind of project. Add a job that was started as Covid was rearing its head and you have the makings of a potential disaster. But not with Bryant. With supply-side disruptions, permit department closures and folks adjusting to working from home, and folks getting sick with Covid, things were slowed down considerably (The window supplier lost $5M in glass inventory because of crazing during the Oregon fires which put them behind a few weeks) Bryant and his assistant were always available for questions, and gave plenty of lead time to get stuff done that they needed, and were easy to work with. Bryant and his subs managed well under difficult circumstances. Plans were drawn up. and the estimate was close to the finishing cost. He adjusted to make room for my suggestions and updated the estimate accordingly, and kept me in the loop for the inevitable changes in plans. The work was done to spec and passed the city inspection with little problem. He made suggestions that made the design better, and referred me to quality suppliers. He was so easy to work with that he is in the process of planning out a second job that I have asked him to look at. He remodeled and updated an old 1930s 2000 square-foot two-story lath and plaster brick home for us. Electrical and plumbing were updated up and down. HVAC was reconfigured to raise ceilings downstairs and extra insulation was added to the attic area. An old central chimney was removed, kitchens reconfigured both up and down, 2 bathrooms were added to the existing build. We had just gone through a 5.7 earthquake and the house did fine. I had a structural engineer take a look before work was started. After work was completed there were 2 huge and very unusual rainstorms within 5 weeks of each, and the up and downstairs renovation remained dry. I am pleased with the quality of the work and how the job was managed. His estimation was accurate.

I would recommend Bryant Construction to everyone without reservation. The employees were all very professional and we couldn't be happier with the results. The pricing was fair and the scheduling and communication was a plus. It was completed start to finish according to the time line and floor plan that we agreed to.

Phenomenal service. Bryant is professional, punctual, listened to my thoughts and requests, and communicated effectively (rare for a general contractor) so I always knew how the job was going. I got multiple bids and he was one of the lowest bids AND estimated finishing much faster and has great reviews. We are so happy with our choice. Bryant is a honest businessman and very hard worker. His subcontractors do top notch work and were all very professional. They finished quicker than expected and the finished product far exceeds our expectations. I will continue recommending him to friends and family who need this type of work done.

We are highly pleased with the work that Bryant Construction performed in finishing off an exercise room in our basement and also painting the interior of our garage in our new home. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of their work was outstanding. We can't praise them enough on their attention to detail. They were considerate of our new home and did an admirable job of protecting new carpets, flooring, and existing paint. They were also flexible and timely in completing the garage painting due to a cold snap that came through during their initial planned mudding and painting days. In fact, they rearranged their schedule to complete the work the following week after the weather improved. We'll definitely use them again for our future construction and/or remodeling projects.

Bryant and his subcontractors were professional and courteous throughout the entire project. Work was performed in a timely manner; entire job was completed in about 4 weeks. Each evening work area, inside and out, was left tidy which is a big plus. Access for the dig out was from neighbors side yard and the workmen were sensitive to the needs of this very generous neighbor. Communication was excellent between all parties. Quality of the finishes very good (this included extensive rework of existing wiring, ducting, water and gas lines). Could not be happier.

Bryant was very helpful with ideas and ways to save money. It was important to him for us to be happy with his company's work. Bryant and his crew were always punctual. His subcontractors came the day and time that they were scheduled and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. They were professional but friendly and their work was top notch. They finished on time which was very important as the basement needed to be occupied in a timely manner. Great people and a great company. I would hire him again!

Bryant did a GREAT job! His is truly a PROFESSIONAL! My wife and I were very happy with his work and the finished product on our home. We would definitely recommend Bryant to anyone looking for a quality contractor that knows every facet of construction project.

Third experience using Bryant Construction. Always takes great care of us, and ensures the work is of quality vs. quantity. He stands behind his (and his contractors) work and dropped everything in the middle of the night to help us with some water issues. Not the cheapest, but in Contracting corners can't be cut. We've found his prices to be competitive, but quality to surpass most. He coaches his contractors to treat our home with the upmost respect. In some cases, the home was left better (clean, tidy) than we left it for them!

Bryant construction was: 1. On Time 2. On budget 3. Reasonable bid 4. Great quality of work and materials 5. Excellent outcome, and best of all .. 6. Clean. His team are great to work with and know their trade. I have and will use Bryant Construction again.

Bryant was hired to add a kitchenette in our basement. He painted, added crown molding, and hired out the cabinetry, tile and granite counter tops. We were very happy with all the work that was performed, so happy, in fact, that we asked Bryant to tear down our worn-down back patio deck and rebuild a nicer one. He was done in two days! Always on time, or earlier than scheduled. He is easy to get in touch with via text or phone calls. Professional, polite, doesn't smoke, no loud music, honest. Oh! I almost forgot. He just replaced our wood front door of 14 years. It was weathered beyond repair. Bryant found an almost identical door. He sanded, stained, and installed for so much cheaper than we could've done on our own.

Bryant has done numerous projects for us. I think it's important to say how I meant him and how I knew he was a trustworthily guy to do business with. When I had recently moved to Salt Lake the furnace was broke at a rental home. I contacted a friend who had done some other work for us to see who I should call. He recommended Bryant. Bryant was able to come look at the unit, tell me what part I needed but he was unable to fix it. When I asked how much I owed him for the service call he just said not to worry about it and call again if he could ever be of service in the future. The following year we built a 2 story deck on our home. This involved significant work in adding beams and pulling out boulders to allow for the footers. He was very professional and detailed with his work and the project turned out beautiful. He's also added a few bedrooms at other properties and his work is always done to the highest quality and in a timely manner. I refer him all the time because he's an honest, hard working, professional contractor.

For this project Bryant installed new kitchen, granite countertop, new lights, paint, flooring, it was all very nicely done. Bryant's crew did excellent work. They show up on time, they're clean, friendly, respectful, tell great stories, and did very high quality work. Bryant is very knowledgeable and gives good advice if you are uncertain about exactly what you need.

Bryant helped me design a new deck to replace the 15 year old thing that was falling apart. He and his crew finished the new deck in just 2-3 days and it looks amazing. Neighbors keep commenting on how nice it is.

The owner is very organized. He stayed on top of the project. His estimates were good and fair. He sticks to his schedule and finishes on time; or even before in some cases. He is very demanding of his sub-contractors and wants to make sure they are doing the work to his standards. He runs a great company. I wished I could give him an A+.
