Description of Work: He called the night before and said to shut the power off and let it sit for several hours so the Dishwasher could reset. The Quick Wash cycle runs for 3 hours and it doesn't dry the dishes . When he came he said he didn't think any thing was wrong was here 5 minutes and charged me 90.dollars and left. and didn't do anything to see what the problem is.

Description of Work: When I called him he said it sounds like my controller on my dishwasher. He told me to try and reset it by turning off the power at the ciruit breaker for several hours. When i turned it back on it still didn't work. He came and said the controller didn't work. he was barely here for 15minutes and still charged me 89.95, and said i needed a new controller. I had already figured it was the problem . I feel he took advantage of the situation knowing it was the controller so he could charge me the 89.95 service fee. He performed no service.

Description of Work: Dean came to my daughter's home at the last of the appointment window. He was pleasant, thorough and professional. I am sure he could have found many ways to charge us more but he did not. He worked on my daughter's freezer. The only problem he found was a disconnected set of wires. In addition he checked out all of the components to make sure they were all working correctly. Then he charged my daughter only $65.00. I will certainly use him again.
