Working with this company was fantastic. There was a wait, but it was well worth it. I love what they have done to my yard! They were timely, efficient and went above and beyond. Robert, the project manager, was great. The crew was awesome. They did an amazing clean-up. No complaints. I'm happy - which is saying a lot because I'm pretty much a projectionist.

How did it go? The problem is after 2 years of filing paperwork, talking to the owner, texting and sending him pictures of a small repair that needs to be made to my fence, I am still waiting for someone to show up. This small repair should be been covered under the warranty service and was ignored..

All States Landscaping landscaped my backyard. Their crew was efficient and professional through the entire process. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I was very happy with Allstates landscaping. I loved that I received a professional rendered drawing to keep of our yard for free! That was so helpful for me to be able to visualize everything. Ken and his team was very quick to answer emails, phone calls and texts, which is unheard of in a landscaping company unfortunately. They also have a receptionist you can call, which is unheard of! I loved being about to ask questions and check up on things and the receptionist was there 8-5! So wonderful! Allstates was the best price and the value was very exceptional. When they layed the sod they were removing little rocks, clumps of dirt and making sure it was flat and level and removing any other debri that was in the way. I was so surprised by that! The sod was such a great quality too. I also loved going over to Allstates landscaping to pick out my pants. That was a really cool feature you don't get with most landscaping companies. They had unique and interesting plants, mature trees and I loved seeing what my plants would look like in person. Very great experience and we love our yard! I would highly recommend this company!

We recently had our yard landscaped by AllState and we are very pleased with the results. Ken has a great team that knows what they are doing and their work is top quality. They were great about working with me during the project to make sure everything met our needs, and to make adjustments when necessary. It was great to be able to get a plan drawn up for us so we could visualize the project and make changes to a few things. Then Ken's team executed the plan very well. We appreciated that Ken then did a final walk through with us to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction and answer any questions that we had. I would highly recommend Allstates to anyone wanting to have quality work done in their yard.

We wanted to redo our backyard and put in a patio with fireplace, dig in our trampoline, redo some sprinkler lines, and clean out all the flower beds. Allstates Landscaping was great to coordinate all the work and crews.

It went well, was done as promised. I would use them again.

They did an ok job and I was initally pleased, but they used materials (specifically bark) that blows everywhere in the wind up here, and did not follow my instructions about weed barrier, instead assuring me that I wouldn't have a weed problem. Well, lets just say I have a weed problem.

We reached out to All States to quote a complete remodel of our front and back yard. Ken was very quick on getting out to the site to review the scope of work and was very timely in getting the quote done. Throughout the process the communication between Ken and the project manager was good and I was kept in the loop with what was going on. They tried to stay on schedule and explained any delays so I understood what was going on. When it comes to price, I guess its all relative because they may have not been the cheapest but when I’m in my front yard no body walks by without giving a positive comment on the work that’s done. I would definitely recommend All States to friends and family in the future.

We had some initial issues with the quality of work but All States responded and made everything right. The fountains look really nice.

All States did it all! We had All States do some extensive landscaping for our new home which included a large cement RV pad and retaining wall, a basement walkout, walkways, vinyl fencing, sprinklers and sod, and numerous planter beds including a meditative garden on the side of the house! We had one stop shopping with All States! They handled everything, coordinating all of the projects! The cement work was excellent. The walkout was both functional and ornamental. They figured out how to handle having the walkout and the nearby window. They even cut the door and installed it for us. It really looks terrific! The fencing and gate are sturdy and well designed so we can remove the middle gate post and open both gates up to allow vehicles to get through to the back of the RV pad. The meditative garden is all we had hoped it would be! We were very particular about the plants, bushes, and trees and All States found them all for us! They showed us how to work the sprinkler system which included both regular sprinklers and a drip system for the planter areas. And when we needed to bring down the overall cost of the project, Ken sat down with us and helped us figure out what things we could do cheaper and achieve the same look and what things we could wait on and do at a later date, leaving “place holders” for. We couldn’t be more pleased and plan on using All States for future projects!

All States Landscape is amazing at creating beautiful yards. A fantastic landscape architect came out first to go over the plans. He had extensive knowledge concerning the best types of trees, shrubs, flowers etc. in consideration of our lot. He was also very artistic when designing our walkway options, retaining walls and shaping a patio with pavers. Their crew is more than capable. They did a beautiful job with the pavers, retaining walls, water feature, sprinkler system, laying sod, and planting all the various flowers, shrubs and trees etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The upgrades were not completed as promised. He said he would do them when he completed the deck in the spring. I reminded him he said he would do them when he did the basement walkout with the cement pad, that is why we included the walkout at the same time. When he did not do what he said he would we did not get the deck built in the spring. Also before the job was even finished they called asking for the final payment. When I requested a final walk though I was not impressed with the way I was treated. Even though he had suggested in a voicemail he would be happy to do so, before I requested this. I honestly would be very careful if you hire this company. Make sure every detail is in the contract before you sign it. Total amount paid $9,900.

This was one of the worse experiences with a contractor I have ever had. First the price quoted was high but I hoped for high qualify work and was willing to move forward. Instead, what I got was no show, no call back for a month. When I followed up, I got an unannounced visit several days later on a snowy day (no one was home because no notice was given) only to call and tell me that they couldn't do the work in the snow (duh). It took over anther two months of calling before they came back (again, no notice was provided so no one was home) and the work done was 20% of what was requested and quoted. It took another month to finally get the rest of the work done. Four months, a huge hassle, and a hefty price tag relative to others. Safe to say, I will not be using them again or recommending them for yard maintenance.

Poor quality of workmanship, doesn't stand behind job, cheaply done with expensive price tage. DO NOT HIRE!

The designer listened and was creative. The installation was done in a quality way and on time. The price seemed a little high, although we honestly did not do extensive comparisons, being most interested in a good design and quality execution. Pricing may in fact be competitive in the Salt Lake area market

They came out the same day for an estimate. There was some delay in getting back to us, but they handled it well. The project was completed within the time estimated and they did a great job.

Allstates provided a landscape architect that gave us ideas we never would have thought of. The company's end product was super high quality and all the workers were very friendly.

The result was fantastic! It matched the design perfectly. The crew was very responsive and willingly made any change or addition we requested. Nothing was too hard for them. The trees they planted were already larger than expected (2+ inch trunk girth), which helps our new yard already look more established. They provided key information in helping us keep our yard maintained and looking good and making sure it gets firmly established. The crews spoke a different language than we do, but all the foremen speak the same, so it was relatively easy to communicate any questions and changes. The owner himself visited occasionally and confirmed things were going in correctly and well. Yards, from start to finish, are expensive. However, the Allstates bid and final cost was very competitive, and for the quality of work they did, including the professional landscape design completed by an actual landscape designer, it was a very good value.

the services went very well the work was professional and when the workers had questions they would come ask me directly. The provider could be better with communication as far as when the product was suppose to be finished after promising a certain date, when it was not done on time not responding to emails asking when it could be expected done. but when the work was all complete it was excellent

When we built our new home, the basement was not excavated deep enough, which resulted in major sloping on three sides. We didn't know what to do for a yard. We called Allstates Landscaping because we loved the work they had done on a house not far from us. Ken sent a landscape architect to meet with us and create a plan for our yard. We explained our desires; the architect listened and created an amazing yard plan. Then Ken's crew got to work implementing the plan. Our yard is fabulous! We are so thrilled with the result. Our raised garden beds, water feature, landscape lighting, and fire pit are all beautiful "extras" that we really appreciate, in addition to all the basics in our yard. We highly recommend Allstates Landscaping.

The first time out, they spent only a few minutes spraying my lawn. Missed major portions entirely and did a spotty job on the rest. I recorded the entire session on my phone. The worker threatened me for recording his work. I asked for a refund. They said they will NOT refund the cost of the first lawn service that was done improperly. Six months later, they still have not refunded any money for the entire contract. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Hired this company to fix my backyard. Honestly my back yard was a mess. It had a sprinkler system installed by amateurs, had massive weeds all over the place, a firepit installed again by amateurs and had been ignored for more than a year. Allstates came in and within a week had totally re-done the entire thing. I had them replace the failed sprinkler system, do a gravel area on the side parking area of the house and re-do all the planting areas. Not only were they fast but the results looked awesome and they left the professional touch that I needed. Seriously impressed with this company and their work. I'll have them back in the spring to do plants, shrubs and trees.

It went terrible. I wasted so much time trying to work with them. Why don't they get their work intake in order, and queue up the work and simply refuse the work they can't handle.
