It went great!! He was able to get some pretty horrible spots out. The carpet looks terrific. Now I won’t mind when my grandkids lay all over the carpet.

VERY pleased! A Spotless Carpet Cleaning called me back immediately. They scheduled me quickly as our dog had just had yet another accident. I then had to reschedule, which they were very nice about and accommodated my needs. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable, respectful, and did a very THOROUGH job. Our house honestly smells good again. It did cost a considerable sum (a good deal of this was because of the special treatment used on the dog urine spots), but was well worth it. Best carpet cleaning I've had in 25 years of home ownership.

Excellent work. They came promptly and did a great job

The tech called to say he would be 10 minutes late due to traffic. He arrived exactly 10 minutes later. He was very professional and also personable. My carpet isn’t too old but had a few spots that looked ugly. The carpet looks good as new. When I called to get a quote I overshot the living room by quite a bit. When it came time to pay he told me it was not that big and told me the price which was about $50 less then I thought. Honesty goes a long way with me. Will hire them again

Texted later at night. They came next day. Turned out 3rd floor apt was hard to get to but they did it! Professional, prompt, efficient. Excellent work. Worked hard to make sure all was done. Communicated well. If I could give them an A plus I would!!!!

Tom the owner was very punctual and polite on the phone when we discussed options and what worked best and affordable for me and my family and Tom was able to give me a fair and affordable price, Steve the manager did an excellent job and my carpet is clean and almost like new, Tom & Steve are very knowledgeable and very experienced people based on their work, i would hire their company again and again.

Steve did an outstanding job. I had them clean carpets in the rental I am moving out of and the carpets in the house I moved into. Steve is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to air duck & carpet cleaning and maintenance.

Tom , the owner, was willing to work with my crazy schedule and sent Tech, Steve, on short notice to my BnB. Steve took his time and made sure each area was perfect before be left. Steve, my service man was very professional, highly educated in his profession and was thorough, clean, and perfect in every detail of his work. But what we appreciated so much was his knowledge of cleaning duct work and teaching us how the furnace and air duct system works together and how we can better take care of that ourselves. This company has fair pricing, they put a lot of care into taking care of my home. We have multiple dogs, a teen, and an infant so our house has a lot of traffic going through it. I used them once a month just to keep my house in order since the prices are fair. I have also referred them out to others who have also used them. We are getting ready for a move to another part of town and will continue to use them. I also had Stephen do my family couch and it was sooo needed! He came in just a couple of weeks ago and cleaned our tile floors too. The work is always fantastic! Highly recommend!
