Description of Work: I called this lady to make an appointment to give me a bid for housecleaning. She told me that she would call me back on the following day. I never heard from her again. I feel that not returning a phone call is very unprofessional. If she was not taking any more clients she should have said so instead of having me wait for a call from her.
