Description of Work: On the morning of July 17th I ordered the cleaning service offer from UTAH GREEN CLEANING SERVICE. At TEN THIRTY PM last night I received a phone call from a person named HUGO who stated that he only performs "DEAL" services on the weekends. This is not posted on the deal site and is not convenient for us. We need a service which performs during the week. Please refund the charge made to our credit card. Thank you, Joyce Galloway

I am deeply sorry for the misunderstood, what I meant to say was that I work in my schedule during the weekends. Due our busy schedule we have to work 24/7, the night of 17th when I call you I was just finish work and start calling back to my missing calls and I did not realize the time. I really apologize for calling a little too late. The reason of my call was to let you know during the weekend what time we were going to be on the 23rd at your house since you request afternoons. I hope this inconvenience does not give you a bad image about our company, we have several real customers that can assure you of the quality of our job, most our customers love the fact that we are really flexible and they can contact me anytime 24/7, also unfortunately I have to set up my schedule during the weekend because of the season, either emergencies or vacation customers can change the schedule anytime, another reason why we work 24/7 . Unfortunately the night when I call you I had a busy day and all I was trying to do was to let you know that I got your email and we will take care of your cleaning needs as soon as possible.
