Description of Work: It was more expensive than I dreamed it would be. I appreciate the help from the girls in the office for working with us on getting the money there. My 83 year old mother was without heat and they worked with us until I could get the check mailed (we do not live in that area).

Description of Work: Called for repair on my GE Washing machine, which is only a few years old. We just moved and apparently the move knocked the drum out of alignment.

Description of Work: Dryer was overheating and had a peculiar noise. The technician cleaned out the large amount of lint and hair in the dryer and the vent. He found a small button that was trapped.

 + -1 moreSuper!! The repairman was thorough. He was very clean, didn't smell of tabacco or alcohol, used courteous language and told me I didn't have to replace any parts, just be careful how much detergent I used. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: My dishwasher seemed to run all of the time instead of turning off at the end of the wash. I didn't use it for 2 yrs since buying my house (it was rental property before and I thought the previous owner/tenant had ruined it.) I really didn't want to "try-out" an unknown service and be told I had to replace a lot that wasn't necessary., When I saw Dick Kersely Company was highly recommended, I called this company. I'm so glad I did. The service man came on time, put down a cloth to catch any debris as he took apart the dishwasher, told me exactly what he was looking for, why I didn't need to buy parts right now, told me how to use my dishwasher deterent so the machine would work better and I wouldn't waste detergent, cleaned up my mess. He didn't act like I was "just a dumb woman," but took time to help me understand what he was looking for, why, and give me estimates IF I felt I wanted to replace parts that showed some wear, but truly didn't need to be replaced yet. This company gets top rate. I highly recommend using them.

 + -1 moreI called the company on a weekend & they were able to get back to me quickly. They were able to schedule me for Monday morning. The man who fixed our broken pipe fixed it quickly & we didn't have to have our water turned off for very long. The price was high, but most of the estimates I had received from other companies were pretty comparable. I would definitely call Kearsley Service Center again. I had asked them to call when they were on their way so that I knew what time he would be arriving, but the employee who came to fix our pipe hadn't been told that I wanted that call. He apologized for not calling & everything worked out fine.
Description of Work: We have a pipe in our house that is attached to our hose bib outside. It cracked during the wintertime & we weren't able to use our back hose or our swamp cooler because water would have leaked out of the pipe into our house. The man from Kearsley had to replace the whole hose bib. He turned off our water & replaced it quickly. We haven't had any problems with it since & we have been able to use our hose & swamp cooler.

 + 1 moreThey do a lot of household type of stuff. They are very fair and they will not charge you for anything that they do not do. They don't charge for service calls and estimations. They came out and give you estimates for free. They've been in business for a lot of years and they are very well known in the area. The employees are good and clean. Their presentation is great and all the employees that we've had come out have really been of high standard. I own two homes and a rental home too so I got them on my speed dial.
Description of Work: We used Dick Kearsley Service Center two months ago to fix our furnace, water cooler and they also did some miscellaneous stuff.

I like that they stuck to their quote and I was impressed when rather than selling me a furnace that I didn't need, they recommended a service for one of my other furnaces.
Description of Work: We had the furnace replaced in our 2500 square foot home. They also removed the old unit, prior to installing the new one.
