+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE. THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED THE USE OF THE BLACKLIGHTS FOR STAIN DETECTION. THEY ARRIVED WHEN SCHEDULED. PRICE WAS GREAT FOR ALL OF THEIR WORK. GUARANTEED WORK AND SAID WE COULD CALL ANYTIME IF WE FOUND ANYTHING NOT TO OUR SATISFACTION.
Description of Work: WE JUST PURCHASED A HOME FROM PET OWNERS AND EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THE CARPETS HAD BEEN CLEANED WE WANTED TO HAVE THEM DONE AGAIN USING A BLACKLIGHT. ALL THE CARPETS WERE CLEANED. THEY USED A BLACKLIGHT TO SPECIFICALLY TARGET ANY PET SPOTS. TtHEY THOROUGHLY TREATED AND CLEANED ALL THE CARPETS AND PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION TO PET AREAS. THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT AND SMELLED GREAT ALSO. tHEY TOOK US BASGUK TO THE BLACKLIGHT SPOT AREAS AND THESE AREAS NO LONGER SHOWED ANY STAINS.
