Was told the treatment was guaranteed for the season and if the wasps came back they would retreat for free. I called after six weeks for retreating and was told it was only guaranteed for 30 days. They actually listened to my phone call and agreed I was told for the season, but that after 6 weeks these must be new wasps. I would NEVER had agreed to the service if I knew it was only good for 30 days. MISLEADING!!

As per comments above, it did not go very well!
Description of Work: I requested spraying for spiders in the house. On the same call I did mention spider mites on a shrub outside of the front door. To my knowledge spider mites do not live in the house usually unless they are on houseplants. The young fellow came out and sprayed along the baseboards in all the rooms inside the house and I thought also the garage. This service was guaranteed for 30 days. Within 30 days we did see spiders again in the basement and the garage. They came out again and this time to redo inside of the house. While the fellow was here my son-in-law mentioned something about ants outside of the garage. I don't think he realized that this would be a whole different $75 charge. He only sprayed along the edge of the garage where the door closed and maybe just outside of the garage door. As I remember when they came out to spray for spiders in 2016 I was very pleased and they sprayed inside and the outside along the foundation. That was also an Angie's List special as was the one for this year. Beeline is billing me again for $75 for the ant spraying that I could have easily done myself. I am going to pay the $75 that they say I owe but next time I will call a different company. There are a lot of insect spraying companies out there that I think would be a little more honest and easy to communicate with. This last time that the fellow sprayed for ants he never said anything about there being another $75 charge for him to spray for ants. To my mind it was just a return call because we were seeing spiders again within 30 days.

The technician showed up early, got to work immediately, and we haven't seen a spider since. We were seeing spiders on a daily basis, so we are pretty confident that this resolved the issue.

The nest appears to be gone. The technician was friendly and explained what would happen over the course of the week. He made sure we knew that if the nest was not gone, they would come back and re-spray. We are very satisfied with the results and the price.

There were two young men who came to the house. They did the whole upstairs, basement and outside in 10 minutes. We still have wasps and nests around. We didn't get the Angies list price because we made the mistake of contacting them directly. We have now contracted with a different pest control company.

Beeline responded early the next morning and their serviceman came at the designated time. He was efficient, pleasant, and professional. Explaining the process and what we should expect to see as the ants were eliminated. We would definitely hire this service again if we needed them.
