Beeline Pest Control

It was good. We ended signing up with a plan with them because we had a disease. They had to keep coming back to treat the bugs because we ended up losing our entire lawn. They migrated to different parts of the yard and we didn't want them to migrate to the front lawn. It was brand new lawn.

Went well. On-time. Courteous. Did what they said they were going to do. We haven't seen any black widows or mice since they came.

I thought we were getting a good deal when Beeline would come and spray. They always sprayed the inside of our house but sprayed around the outside of it too. After they had come I noticed a lot of spiders out on our deck and around our house. I called and told them they needed to come back and spray again. They told me that their services no longer guaranteed the outside of our home - just the inside. I was always confused about what they would and would not do. I wanted to cancel another time when they had come to service our home and I was disatisfied but they told me that if I cancelled they would charge me anyway even if they didn't come because that is what we had signed up for. Even if it had been something we had signed up for you would think that someone would ask why we wanted to cancel. No one ever did. When I cancelled this last time, they merely said "okay" and that was it. We used them for several years and when they came to spray it took them no longer than 10 minutes at the most - seemed a little fast for an entire house. I was just really turned off by the way they treated us after so many years that we had been their customers. I would never tell someone else to use them!

The service went really well. They were quick and efficient. I called them as soon as I purchased it, and they came out within a week. I didn't pay anything above the big deal cost.

The company didn't respond so 4 days later I called them. I don't know if they were did the service as the home was vacant, they never confirmed a time they would be there or that the service had been completed.

The guy was friendly and professional - he quickly completed the inspection and then went to work spraying for spiders - including some boxes of wood in the garage I was especially concerned about. He was thorough, friendly and I think the price was very good considering all the service.

Everything seems to be going well on the inside. We haven't noticed any bugs on the inside. What was nice to see on the outside the first few days after he sprayed was all the dead earwigs. Just seeing all those dead earwigs was worth the price. I signed up for their yearly service where they come once a quarter.

The woman on the phone was knowledgeable and professional, as was the man who came to the house to do the job. He took the time to explain what he was applying, how he was going to apply it, and what I should expect. The result: within a few days, there were no more yellow jackets. I would certainly call Beeline Pest Control again, if need be, and highly recommend them to others. (I had gotten a couple of other estimates over the phone. One did not seem to know their product or procedure well and was going to charge twice what Beeline charged. Another would not come to the house unless we agreed to a complete yard and house examination for who knows what.)

Very courteous service which was quick and painless. No horrible smells and I didn't have to leave the house for hours, in fact, not at all. He also answered all my questions and reassured me that the process was safe for me, no adverse effects to humans. Very happy with the result. I was warned that the bugs may not go away fully straight away but within a few days I'd be bug free!

Very nice gentleman, sprayed inside and outside of the home, and gave me a guarantee for 30 days. He charged me another $65.00...I'm not sure what for, because I'd already paid $65.00 up-front...?

John, with Beeline Pest Control, arrived at my home right on time. He was very polite, knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do to get rid of my pests! I especially appreciate the products he used inside--there was absolutely no odor and is safe for pets. He provided these services in a very timely manner, asked if I had further questions or concerns and then he left. I was beyond pleased, and it's so nice not having to walk through spider webs or being stung by wasps. Great company, great employee!!

Didn't have a ladder?? Had to provide my ladder for him. No noticeable decrease in wasps after service.

I called Beeline and they were able to send someone to my house the next day to assess our termite problems. The technician was knowledgeable, showed us the evidence of termites in our basement, educated us regarding termite behavior and diet (mainly drywall and wood in our home), and explained ways we can detect termite activity in the future without tearing down walls. The next day, the technician returned and spent approximately two hours eradicating our termites. He soaked our crawlspace with Termidor HE. Then, he drilled holes about 18" apart in the concrete around our house and injected more poison into those holes and into the grass where we had no concrete. Finally, he patched the holes. According to the technician, the Termidor is not harmful to children or pets. There were no fumes. We were able to be home and play normally during the mitigation process. The service was much more expensive than that offered by other pest companies, but it carries a 15-year guarantee, so we don't have to worry about long-term contracts and annual payments to a pest control company. If we find any termites within the next 15 years, they will return and repeat the process for free. An added bonus is that I have not seen another spider (including the Black Widows that were under the bathroom sink), centipede, earwig, or any other crawly friend in our house since the spray. I don't know how long that side-effect will last, but I am grateful for it.

I contacted Beeline initially when I discovered rats living under my deck outside. The guy came and put down two very small mouse baits even though I said the rat was about 1 foot long with it's tail and one rat bait station. I could of bought those at the store myself and saved myself $80. He said the rats would be gone in a few days. Over a week went by and I'm still seeing them and hearing them. Called Beeline and they said "there's no guarantees since it might be a neighborhood problem." It's not a neighborhood problem. Their methods leave a lot to be desired. I wanted someone to come by and actually look under the deck and solve the problem. The guy didn't even look under there, he just laid some bait around and left. So disappointed and frustrated. How do you get rid of rats if this is what you can expect from pest control companies? I wanted to solve the problem before they got in the house. The spider spray seemed to have helped some, but I saw a spider today in house. So disappointing.

He was scheduled to arrive between 12:30 and 2:30, and arrived around 1:30/ 2:00 , which was good. He was polite but a little stand-offish.. We had one additional request/question for him, but he had already left without letting any of us know. I had a few other questions such as where he had put the mice baits exactly, and if he could check my closet quickly to see if he could spot any mice in there, since I had seen evidence. He seemed in a hurry and I was never able to ask him any of these questions.

It went very well. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and could answer most of my questions.No one had to get up or move for him to do his work. It didn't smell at all. The animals stayed put and were not scared, and apparently were not in any danger. It really was as if he had not been there.

It went well, the exterminator came on time and sprayed where we told him we were having trouble with the ants as well as on the outside of the house. The ants were gone the next day and although they came back a couple of days later, they were gone again the next day and haven't been back since.
