They performed their service to remove wasps, but the wasps remained. They came by a 2nd time, somewhat reluctantly, but we still have wasps in that area to this day.

I actually had to call them back. I have some tenants there and they say the first treatment did not really work too well so we are calling them back two months later to do another one. They are good to work with and I am happy with them. I bought a deal through Angie's List and the first treatment was spiders only and it was not the overall treatment that I needed so I am having them come out again in a couple of days. As far as customer service they were fine, but evidently the treatment did not work for spiders. The price seemed reasonable.

The tech was quick and efficient. We didn't have to move items which was nice. Came with a 30 day guarantee that if we see any more spiders they would come back. I'm hoping there will be no need.

Prior to my appt, I spoke with the business and switched to a full service spraying and decided on a year contract with service every 3 months. (They did not try to sell the contract. It was my suggestion to upgrade.) The tech was on time, polite, and professional. He explained what he was doing.

Excellent. Beeline Pest Control sent a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional technician (Randy) to spray for insects around and in our home. A very good experience.

The provider arrived right on time at 8:00 am. I liked that a lot. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and wanted to make sure that he stood behind the service. If we see even one live spider in the next 30 days he'll be glad to come out a spray again! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They arrived on time and were ready to spray for bugs, spiders, and specifically box elder bugs. Not specified that they were doing only the outside but the box elder spray cost more and in the Angie's deal price was for the inside and the outside not just one of them. We did have a bigger square footage than in the ad but just doing the outside this was not an issue. They sprayed on an overcast spring day. And the next day and for several more it rained. So we don't know if the treatment lasted as there are still some box elder bugs. We have not noticed any other bugs just brown worms. If we wanted them to spray the insides as well it would cost more money and we didn't choose to add to the cost. And they did say if the box elder bugs came back to call them and they would re-do the treatment. Still prefer our old company.

They were professional and punctual. And they were honest about their capabilities. I immediately noticed a decrease in box elders and I have no complaints. I will use them again.

It was ok, but the "June Bugs" or "Box Elder Bugs" were not killed, so they still were a nuisance.

Did everything they were expected to do , havent seen any spiders , so the neighbors must have them all , I dont have any !

Service man (Bryce Nixon) was professional, courteous, & knowledgeable during service. He reviewed all documents signed in a professional manner.

This was a Big Deal special, and worth the money for sure. There was no smell, nothing moved out of place, just in and out. Very nice guy.

Very prompt at getting a phone call from the company to arrange an appointment. The provider came on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even answered some questions about other areas of concern and gave me pointers on how to take care of some problems I was having in the yard. Was not pushy at all for further services or to get more out of the appointment and I appreciated that. I will keep their card handy and definitely use them in the future. PS - no bugs!

I couldn't have imagined a better experience unless it had been free. But it was well worth the money. We have an annual infestation of these bugs. They swarm our deck, trees, exterior walls and sometimes a few get into the house. It's been almost a month and there are none to be seen around our house and deck. The technician who came was great.

They did a good job. I actually had to pay more than that because there seemed to be a mix-up on where the big deal was available. It wasn't offered in the area I needed. They did the service as requested. They were on time. The price was good.

It went well. I was given a time range of when the exterminator would arrive. He was right on time and got the spraying done quickly.

They've always been very nice and done good work. Their price was quite reasonable and the tech was at the home for about 20 minutes to a half hour.

It was good, when I requested to him spray in attic, he charged extra $10.00 which was surprise. Person who came to do the work was nice guy.

The provider showed up promptly and was very professional. He explained what he would be doing. I read the product they use is not harmful to animals or children/babies, but was still concerned. He took the time to discuss those concerns thoroughly. After five months, the number of spiders and bugs near entryways or inside the home is nearly none. I will be contacting Beeline for another service.
