Response was quick, technician was prompt. Wasps are dead/dying.

It went well. Stephen was very courteous and on time.

It's hard to remember if it was good or bad. I went with somebody else and the wasps came back for them too. I remember having an awful battle with wasps last year. They were pretty fast coming out. I was pleased with all of the pest control people I used.

This is a great company. I always find them to be very reliable. They are knowledgeable and friendly. The treatments are very effective. For the quarterly service, they call you to set up an appointment when it is due, which is great because I would never remember otherwise.

I signed up for an annual. They come every quarter. It's guaranteed. If anything happens between sprayings, they come out again and cover it. They're prompt and professional. It seemed to be effective. They're reliable.

I'd just moved into a new home. When I went to the garage a couple of weeks later, two large black widows were found. I called Beeline immediately. A young man came on time. He went right to work, quietly about an hour and got the job done. I appreciate his work and efficiency, and a job well done. I am having them return again.

They have always been on time. They respect where you would like pesticides applied. They will recommend solutions to accompany the chemicals to minimize pest infestation. I have only used them for insect mitigation. I recommend them.

I called Beeline because I had an emergency situation. I was having trees removed and found an underground nest. The tree removal couldn't continue. They had a specialist who happened to be in the area. Within an hour, the problem was taken care of. I am so pleased

It went well, but we continued to see spiders. They came back and sprayed. Spiders kept coming. They came back and sprayed again. Overall, they were awesome about coming back and respraying. However, I wished that it didn't require three separate sprayings. Final thoughts...Good and honest company.

Technician showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained how the system worked and was diligent to spray every corner of the house. He gave me a quote for spraying the crawl space and once he found out how easily accessible the crawl space was he charged me less than originally quoted.

Beeline came out to my house and sprayed for box elder bugs. We had hordes of box elder bugs outside our house, and they had started to find their way into the house regularly. There were thousands and thousands of these bugs in crevices, around our wood shingles and under our porch. I was amazed that after one visit, the box elder bugs completely died off. It's been several months since they came out to spray, and the bugs haven't returned. The pest control person that came out and sprayed did a thorough job and communicated well. I will definitely use Beeline again in the future.

It turned out okay. I’m still getting some spiders so they didn’t take care of the problem completely. The cost was just the price of the big deal. I would say that I wasn’t real happy with the quality. That was my main issue.

It was a one-time treatment and worked perfectly. The technician came to my home and got right on it and took care of the nest of hornets. It was underneath a large shrub in the front yard.

The actual service was fine, but the technician (Jeremy) was unprofessional. He let himself in my house after completing the exterior spray - no knock, no doorbell. I have 3 dogs and they were a bit upset by a stranger entering the home unannounced. After he completed the service, he left both gates to my back yard open. I quickly realized 2 of my dogs were gone, and went out to find them. Luckily Jeremy got them before they went too far and got them into the yard BUT HE HAD LEFT THE OTHER GATE WIDE OPEN. By the time I realized what had happened, my dogs were long gone. While looking for my dogs, I found Jeremy on the road and told him that he had left the other gate opened and that the dogs were out again. He actually BLAMED THE GATE, telling me it didn't work. Since he was able to open the gate, it stands to reason he should have either been able to close it or at least let me know that he needed help closing it. Instead, he just left it open. I called the owner and told him what happened, and he said 'Well, your gate is broken, that's the problem.' Unfortunately, that's not the problem. Your technician is the problem. My gate is fine, it's latched and closed, and I was able to find my dogs. Now I just need to find another company to spray for spiders next time.
