Description of Work: I asked for addition pest control. Spiders , I was told for an additional $20 or $25 they would spray for spiders. When they came to spray for wasp , they told me they couldn't spray for spiders. !!!!

Description of Work: Checked out a problem with what I thought was termites. Turned out to be small beetles and only in some candle sticks. Treated the area anyway and told me how to treat the candle sticks. NO CHARGE! |That's customer service.

Description of Work: They spray twice in order to get rid of cockroaches. Each service costs $110. The cockroach issue seems to have gone away. The nice part is we have 90 days to watch for more and if they show up they come and spray for free. They educated my renters on the issue and made them feel good about the process. I would recommend them!
